Thanks for the review Joe! Christine truly deserves her title as our lead CSR with her experience of dealing with almost every type of move situation and ways to make everything go smoothly. We will let your movers know you appreciate them and their hard work, as we try to make all of our moves successful.

To Home Office customer care. We wlll not be responding to this customer. She is attempting to smear us through multiple social media platforms to justify her existence. Each discussion has different complaints and it is amazing that she did not inform Home Office that she claimed our employees were smoking weed during her move. This is a VERY important issue that she didnt even talk to the owner about except through social media smear tactics. She is unrealistic in her concerns and expectations. We have responded to other social media platforms to correct her untruths in her attempts to make her look honest and be the victim. She also failed to mention that we credited her over $250.00 on this move. We will be addressing her damage claims through the proper channels, Something that she wanted us to circumvent and provide an immediate refund or credit to this move. As you know, we do not deviate from the required procedures at the whim of a customer. She has failed to explain what services we charged her for that she didn't receive, Start times are not exact and are windows. Yes, we were 45 minutes late for her window, however it was explained that 5 of 18 personnel failed to show up for work that day. She also stated on social media that a mover just walked off, when in fact he had heat exhaustion and we stopped her move time. Something she failed to mention here. The estimate for her move is valid for the size. I cannot comment of the other multiple times she has moved in the past 2 years. Its obvious that she is a person that is just dissatisfied with everything in her life. We did not raise our voices or use profanity, like she did, when discussing things with her and have the recordings as proof that she was unreasonable, unruly and unprofessional.

Thanks Renee! While we do all the heavy lifting for you, we always treat each item we move like it's fragile, so always pad and wrap your furniture to protect it. We look forward to working with you again.

Gilberto, we're sorry to hear that you had damages during your move. We have sent you the claims form, and as soon as you return that form we will begin working on your damage claim as outlined in the TX DMV Rights and Regulations.

Thanks for the response Mike, we appreciate it. We're happy that we were able to move everything that could fit on the truck for you, but unfortunately your new pool was a few inches too wide to be able to fit. We'll try harder next time :)
