I think I have already responded to this survey. If not, I was extremely pleased with the two men who came to move our rooms within our house. They worked extremely well and were very pleasant and professional!

The movers were punctual and professional. Moving process was smooth and quick. My furniture was treated with care and arrived at the destination without any damage. The guys also helped put the furniture back together and arrange them as well, it was much appreciated.

The move could not have gone more smoothly! The movers were all very hardworking, efficient, professional, and friendly. I was very impressed and thankful for the care with which all of my belonging were treated. Everything arrived to the new location in perfect condition. The moving team called me to come early at 9:10. My move was scheduled for 1 but I said ok. They arrived at 9:51and upon arrival said I owed 45 minutes travel time. I live 1.2 miles from the location. I said that is not fair, I'm not paying that much travel time. The girl called Tom and then said We are canceling your move. Tom wouldn't tell me his last name and just said he was the owner.

As usual, the customer has failed to provide ALL the information concerning our decision to cancel this move. This customer failed to follow the instructions and did not sign the pre move agreement. She stated she was flexible on arrival time, so we called early and she said come on out. She still refused to sign the premove agreement and looking around we estimated that we had 3 times more items than she told the CSR. I was unable to explain to the customer about the travel charge as she would not give me time to speak. After several minutes of the customer not communicating in a normal tone, I informed the driver to leave the customer and explained that we are cancelling the move. We refunded her entire deposit. So ... No money changed hands, no move happened, and as much as we do not like to make this type of decision, it seems that we made the right decision to cancel the move.

Every part of our experience was EXCELLENT! Chris got us all set up in the office (answering all my questions!) and the moving crew was amazing! Mike, Jason, Jer, Denzel, and Glenn were all so kind, very professional, and did their job with excellence!

Did not label boxes so now I have to open each box to see what is witch.

Miguel, we're sorry to hear about this happening, as we train our movers and packers to label each box as they pack it. We would be more than happy to send someone out to you to open the boxes, label them and re-seal them for you at no additional cost. Please contact our office at 713-278-1112 to schedule this.
