Meet the Houston Northwest Team

Canndus is new to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Houston NW, but is already enjoying it here. She likes the communication between movers, drivers, staff and the customers. She likes being able to help others and enjoys seeing and helping our customers elevate and move upwards in life and the new beginnings she sees. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs, watching Netflix and trying new foods.

Christine started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May of 2015 and has the role of Lead Customer Service Representative. She assists with scheduling moves, following up with all of our customers to make sure their expectations are met and training new CSRs. She enjoys talking to the customers and is a pro on alleviating the stress of moving. “I enjoy working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® because it is a very caring company that goes out of their way to make sure the customer's move is a positive experience.” As our Lead CSR, she truly exemplifies our mission of striving to exceed our customers expectations in value and high standard of satisfaction. In her free time, Christine enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, going to the beach, playing with her dog, Dusty, and collecting unicorn and shoe figurines.

John is one of the drivers for our Interstate Move team and in his time with us has already traveled to over 1/3 of the continental U.S. He likes the fast pace of the move, and the peaceful drives across the country, as well as all of his co-workers. John attends Oak Forest Baptist church, enjoys reading the scripture, playing video games and spending time with his dog Joseph. Like the rest of us, the part of working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® that he likes the most is going home after a good day of hard work.

Derrick joined our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Houston NW as the Assistant Operations Manager in June of 2020. Derrick comes to us from the Little Rock, Arkansas location where he worked as a Mover, Driver, Field Trainer, Claims Manager, and Operations Manager. He brought a large base of experience with him including IT and computer skills, organizational skills, human resources, training, hiring, and management. What he enjoys about working with our team is “the opportunity to truly help movers and customers get to a better mindset in life”. The part of his job he likes the most is, “being able to affect lives in a positive way every single day”. He has a 7-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son that he says would make great TWO MEN AND A TRUCK mascots, uniform and all. In his free time, he likes to practice his MMA and boxing skills, play soccer, spend time with his family, and sleep. He wants everyone to know that “TWO MEN AND A TRUCK truly provides the door for endless opportunities, but you have to want it for yourself. This company truly rewards performance and consistency”.

Derrick's hard work and professionalism allowed the franchise to make a simple choice to move him into the MMF program. Derrick has completed MMF1 and MMF2, and we could not be prouder of all he has accomplished in his 4 years with us. As of July 2023, Derrick has been made our General Manager. We are so happy and proud to have him on our team. We look forward to many years of working with Derrick!

Greg is one of our experienced movers and drivers with over 3 years of service with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. He brought his experience with communication, organization skills and time management which he uses in his daily jobs. He enjoys helping our customers deal with the stress of moving and leaving them with a satisfying experience. When he's not helping people move forward, he enjoys time with his wife, 3 fur babies, family and riding his motorcycle.

Jaden started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Houston NW in August 2020 and was promoted to Trainer in February 2024 after demonstrating his abilities of professionalism, patience, troubleshooting skills and his positive working attitude. He particularly enjoys interacting with our customers to help take their worries away through hard work and good customer service. Working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Houston NW helps him in his hobby of traveling and sightseeing. When he was chosen to be our new Trainer, he stated that he wanted to pass on everything that he was shown as it helped to give him a greater outlook on life, and wanted to share that with everyone. When he's not on the job, Jaden likes to relax with his friends while playing video and card games.

The small but mighty (her words, not ours) Meagan Tedesco came to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Houston NW with professional moving experience. She likes the welcoming feeling she gets every time she walks in our doors, as well as the communication and professionalism TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® provides. She particularly loves seeing the happy looks on her customer's faces after they enjoy a pleasant moving experience that she and her co-workers provide. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her children, her kitten and relaxing.

Ms. Quianna came to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Houston Northwest in April 2024. She brings with her over 9 years of customer service experience and a "with a can do attitude, anything is possible" mood. Quianna is the mother of 4 amazing children, ranging in age from 4 - 11 years old. Originally from Baton Rouge, she moved to Houston 16 years ago, and in her spare time loves soul food, seafood, camping, going to the beach and spending time with her littles.

Mike has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Houston NW for over 5 years and is a true powerhouse when it comes to moving. When it comes to moving a fridge or a delicate antique, Mike will move them both with ease and care. He truly enjoys his job as it helps him stay fit and saves him from having to have a gym membership! But he thinks the best part of the job is making people happy with a job done well. When he's not moving furniture, Mike enjoys his time with his family, his pets, and playing video games.

Sasha M. is about 3 year old and is a German Shepard mix. Sasha was found outside of our office near the ditch in the middle of the summer. She had a rope tied very tight around her neck and was very skinny at the time. Tom and Bonnie (franchisees) stepped up and took her in. Over the last 2years she has overcome a lot, but you would never know it. While is very loved by her new family, she is extremely spoiled by her whole TMT family. Sasha loves her treats and is learning new tricks every day, including how to mooch extra snacks (she loves carrots) from everyone. If you are ever near our office, please stop by and say hi to Sasha....just don't forget the treats!

Fermin is an experienced Driver/Mover at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Houston NW, brining with him experience moving office furniture. He likes the physical and fast-paced environment we provide, and enjoys going home after seeing our customers smile when seeing all their items in their new space. At home, Fermin has a wife and a new daughter who keep him going, and enjoys spending time with his family.

Cristian Elias has been with the TWO MEN AND TRUCK Houston NW family since August of 2021. Cristian came to us as a driver and quickly proved himself as a leader. In early 2022 he was promoted to Trainer and Assistant Dispatch Manager and in August of 2023 he was promoted to Operations Manager. He assists in the new hire training for our new Movers/Drivers as well as the drivers training, spot checks and so much more. He is a valuable part of the Operations team. Cristian enjoys working at TMT Houston NW because he feels it is a healthy work environment, with great office staff and movers/drivers. He is very passionate about his job and looks forward to coming to work every day. He particularly enjoys training the new guys! In his spare time, Cristian enjoys collecting trading cards and hanging out with his friends and his kitten. We are so happy to have him on the team.

Bonnie Murray, and her husband Tom, became the new owner/operator of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Houston Northwest franchise in February of 2019. Bonnie has over 20 years of experience in banking and bookkeeping along with more than 15 years of experience in construction, maintenance, and warehousing to go with her 30 plus years experience in customer service. She is very familiar with both sides of the moving industry as she had completed four international moves and 11 cross-country moves with her family prior to joining the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team.

She says that her favorite part of being an owner/operator is "getting to know our employees, without them, none of this would be possible, and together we can achieve greatness". Bonnie cherishes the time she gets to spend with family and friends, and in her spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, camping, and traveling.

In February 2019, Tom Murray and his wife, Bonnie, became the new owners of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Houston Northwest franchise. Tom has over 20 years of experience in crisis management working for the U.S. government, facilities maintenance, information-technology management, and construction. He really enjoys his association with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family and enjoys the brand’s focus on helping customers and giving back in the community.

His favorite part of owning a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise is helping his employees move forward in life. Tom has five children. In his free time, Tom enjoys working in his workshop, rebuilding equipment, learning how things work, rebuilding cars and motorcycles, and camping. He also wants people to know that his wife and business partner, Bonnie, is an integral part of the business, and she shares the core values necessary to be a success in business.

In February of 2025, Tom and his wife Bonnie, celebrated 5 years of business. Over the past 5 years, they have built an amazing team of managers, CSRs, and crew members. Because of their hard work and dedication they are able to start planning for the future. Take a minute and meet the rest of the team!

Eldred Jason joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Houston NW team as a mover in 2005. He is the elder statesman of our operations team and he is known as Mr. Jason to us. He was promoted to a Driver position very soon after his hiring and he has been a fantastic Driver ever since. We wish that we could hire 50 more guys for our team like Mr. Jason. The assets he brought with him to our team are good communication skills, good organizational skills, and a great work ethic. Mr. Jason says that he enjoys working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because “they are a great company, great people, and plenty of work has kept me busy for 15 years”. The part of his job he enjoys the most is “helping people with their move with good teamwork”. Mr. Jason enjoys cooking on the weekends, going to casinos (a lot), doing yard work at his house, and fishing. Mr. Jason has always taken pride in his work and in his TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, to honor his dedication we have permanently named his truck and he is the only driver of that truck. You'll love having him and his crew out on your move.
