GENERAL SALES MANAGER
Tim began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, in January of 2000. He currently does all of the on-site consultations and is a part of our Grassroots Marketing team. “I love meeting new and different people every day. I get to meet some very interesting and engaging people. I love hearing their stories and talking about topics that we have in common.” Outside of work, Tim enjoys watching his oldest son Tyler play trumpet in local musicals, golfing with his youngest son Dylan, reading, listening to live music, and cooking Texas barbecue.

CHRISTINE WEYAND
QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST
Christine started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May of 2015 overtaking the role of Quality Control Specialist. She assists with scheduling moves and following up with all of our customers to make sure their expectations are met.. She enjoys talking to the customers and assisting on alleviating the stress of moving. “I enjoy working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® because it is a very caring company that goes out of their way to make sure the customer's move is a positive experience.” In her free time, Christine enjoys shopping, playing with her dog, Dusty, and collecting unicorn and shoe figurines.

OFFICE MANAGER/ SALES TRAINER
Caroline has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since 2011. She enjoys working for a company that truly cares about their customers and their community. Being the office manager brings lots of new challenges and every day there are new things to learn. Caroline motivates the office staff to be as helpful as possible whether it's in the office or with our customers. “Success to us, is knowing that our customers had a great experience with our company, our staff and our services.” In her free time Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and camping.

JEILIN OSPINA
Customer Service Representative
Jeilin began her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in March of 2018 as a Customer Service Representative. Jeilin (Jay or Jo as she is most known by) has been a welcome addition to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Houston NW team. She always arrives for work full of energy and a smile on her face. She is a very fast learner, and she is always willing to jump-in and help whenever necessary. Jeilin says of working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, "I love and enjoy helping people, and building relationships with customers every day. I love to know that we can help our neighbors in our community with their moves by making them go quickly and smoothly". Jeilin was raised here in Houston, Texas and she currently resides in the Memorial City area of town. She loves spending time with her horses and pickup trucks in her off-time. Jay likes to spend time camping with her partner and supporting him at his quarter-horse races. She also loves traveling to her home countries of Colombia and Mexico every year.

Vicki has been working with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for ten years as the bookkeeper/accountant. She is the Human Resources representative and she is responsible for sales order closeout. “I never get stuck in a rut like some jobs because every day is different, and filled with new challenges.” In her free time she enjoys geocaching, bowling, reading, and camping.

ROGER DANIEL
FRANCHISE OWNER
Roger was born and raised on a cotton farm east of Lubbock, Texas. He was one of many siblings responsible for assisting with the daily operations of managing a family farming business. He attended Texas Tech University before accepting a position in the computerized trading department of Plains Cotton Cooperative Association (PCCA), which is one of the largest cotton traders and distributors in the world. Roger and a group of family and friends came together in 1999 to open the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Houston NW moving franchise. Roger is very involved in the day to day operations of the moving business, overseeing virtually every aspect of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise operations. Roger enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting.
