For no fault of their own the heat was just too much so by the time the second truck was being emptied they were just worn out and only able to put stuff in our garage. Don’t know how to fix that situation as we were doing our best to keep them hydrated. Their boss brought them each one tiny Gatorade. Not enough for the heat. One guy even threw up. They were kind and respectful just wiped out! Only 2 things were broken. Hopefully we can get those fixed.

The two young men were very nice, polite, capable, and seemed to know what they were doing. I know things happen, but not sure how a pane of glass in a curio cabinet got broken, as it was wrapped well by them. Waiting for Two Men to get estimates for repair now. All other aspects of the move were excellent, but obviously disappointed in the glass breakage.

It was not excellent as they scratch and broke one side of my living room dinning table. The guy dropped it while getting into the truck and I'm still waiting for the damage team to call me about. Another two comments are: they had no hand/power tools to dissemble and assemble my furniture what makes no sense for me it all. Finally, I did not like the price model based on "time". I would prefer to have a fixed price to my move as an option for me to decide and pick one in the future. I'm waiting for your call to see how to solve my damaged table. Thanks, Marcus.

They broke a big hand thrown pot. They couldn't get my treadmill upstairs. They didn't move things where I wanted them to go wouldn't build a bed etc.

During my first move a 2-pieces broke and 1 table top was missing. I emailed the claims report in August but never heard back from the claims department despite several attempts to contact them. I emailed the 2-claims forms again this week and still haven’t heard back from the claims department. The movers are very professional, and efficient with their time. This is our second time using them. It’s a shame the office staff can’t stick to their word.

The crew that showed up to move really knocked it out of the park. They had my apartment and offsite storage unit all packed, moved, and unloaded at the new place in a little over 3 hours. No damage to any property. I've used Two Men and a Truck for all my moves and will continue to use them as well as refer them to others.

I can honestly say that I found nothing to displease me. Everything was explained clearly and in detail when I contacted Two Men and a Truck and went through the signup process. When the packers arrived and then when the movers came, all was explained professionally and courteously. In fact, professionalism and courtesy (as well as efficiency) applies to all the employees throughout the move.

Our overall move of house stuff was good last month, movers were co-operative but we lost one item which Two Man and Truck franchisee refused to accept the facts. At the end we were at loss hence bit disappointed with end result.
