Meet the Team
Jesse
Operations and Recruiting Manager
At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Austin, Jesse is an Operations and Recruiting Manager. He manages the North location primarily, but also spends much time coordinating the orientations for new applicants and their subsequent training sessions. Having worked considerable time on the trucks himself, he is well suited to pick out the best new mover and driver applicants.
Nick is one of our Moving Consultants here in Austin. He started out driving the trucks and later on was promoted to the office after consistently high-performance marks. The time he spent doing moves in the field gives him a good sense of the typical local move when helping clients find the best solution for their needs. In his spare time, he pursues his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and takes his dog Hatch to the park.
Dan is a manager for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Austin. One of his talents is his ability to find the right employees with the right skills needed to contribute to improving the whole operation. Previously, he worked for two other franchises before relocating to Austin. Aside from the good working relationships he has developed here, he loves the fact that he only has to see snow when he goes back home for the Christmas holidays.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Austin is proud to have Harrison as a Customer Service Representative. His knowledge and experience with helping customers book their moves in Austin benefit both the customer and the business itself. He specializes in crate moves which are often the most convenient and cost-effective method for long-distance moves that have smaller inventory.
After getting almost a year of moving and driving under his belt at the North Store, Michael gladly took the opportunity to work in a management role. Now he sees and hears from desk and phone the challenges of the day-to-day operations. Michael does his best to facilitate communication between the various office staff and ensure that all the numbers are correct for the daily sales orders. One of his hobbies is to compose custom memes for comic relief.
Sean is one of the Sales Representatives at TMT Austin. Among all the sales reps here, he has been around the longest. Whether during the fast-paced summer months or the slower winter months, Sean can find a way to make the best of each sales opportunity while at the same time giving quality customer service for every service inquiry.
The newest addition to the management team, Dale brings a breath of fresh motivation. He has worked in other industries which helped develop his skills with customer service and fast-paced problem solving. On a lighter note, he is a proud Zelda enthusiast and is one of those who still wants to keep Austin weird.
As an office administrator, Eric has to sit for several hours a day. After ordering a new comfy chair for a new manager, he liked it so much that he ordered another one for himself. Eric loves ordering new office supplies. The general manager has to give him friendly reminders about the monthly budget for office supplies.
Zach is a veteran with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, most recently putting roots down at the Austin Franchise. As one of the operations managers, he earns the respect of his movers by pitching in during his frequent spot checks and helping the newer movers avoid unnecessary mistakes. One of his favorite memories was helping a new mover take apart a bed correctly, saving him from both embarrassment and from making the job more difficult than it should have been.
Chad has been the HR manager here for more than five years but recently became a dad. He can’t stop bragging about how smart his baby boy is. Chad loves his job so much that he can’t wait to share with his wife and son how exciting his day was at work. His son’s first words were “two men truck”. After that, Chad decided to talk more about other things to give his son a wider range of vocabulary.
Garrett is the Quality Control Manager for all the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations in Austin. He has held almost every role in the company since he started. He is very versatile at work, he can literally do anything on the trucks or in the office. Well, almost anything. He likes to sing a lot, but not well. Please don't tell anyone
Tucker is our Security Guard Dog. He may be small but don’t let that fool you. This dog doesn’t mess around. If another dog encroached on his turf, you’d better believe he wouldn’t let it slide. What would we do without him if the stray dogs from the adjacent neighborhood came around?
