Jackie and Emilio were curtious and took great care of my furnishings. Couldn't ask for more.

I have used Two Men and a Truck for many moves and was very disappointed to the point where I won’t be using Two Men and a Truck again. The move took about 6 hours and we were moving from a 2 bedroom (really a 1 bedroom and an office space) and putting everything into a storage unit. We had most things packed up minus wrapping up furniture which we purchased our own wrapping. When a gentlemen stopped by who I assume was a manager he also commented about how it should be a short move. The moving crew was a man and a young woman. As a woman myself I know we are very capable however, the young lady showed she was not capable very quickly as we would over hear her saying things like I can’t move this by myself as she was speaking to her counterpart. She was very slow wrapping furniture to the point I just assumed she was trying to save energy since we lived on the 3rd floor of the apartment. Overall for the quick and easy job we thought it would be it was disappointing to see how long it took even though it was within the estimated timeframe. As I’ve stated I’ve used your company before and have been very satisfied and never once have I used the full amount of time estimated we didn’t even have a washer and dryer or really heavy appliances to move. My experiences have been with San Antonio teams so perhaps it’s just different here, I was hoping to book again in January when we close on our new home to have our things taken out of storage but based on the time and money spent simply putting our things into storage we will be looking for an alternate company. I hope this review is helpful and I do believe I was more than fair. I think if women are going to be apart of the crew they need to be able to pull their own weight as it was obvious had there been another male on the team, things would have moved a lot faster.

I liked the speed and positive attitude of the team. I would like to have seen a little more care when moving into our new house. They dinged the door and removed paint and left a mark on the wall.

My move was exceptional. The three movers who assisted me were very professional, quick, and efficient. Everything was moved without damage to any of my items. I highly recommend and give kudos to the 3 movers who worked with me. Thank you so much Spencer, Dillan, and Alex!

Nathan and his team were excellent. A couple of dings here and there but they accepted responsibility and were very easy to work with. My only glitch was in my estimated quote for the day. It was almost twice the price and all items were listed and communicated to the office.

The office staff were courteous, available, and gave me all information, however, the rates, and cost changed from one person to another.
The moving team were polite, however I had to repeat instructions often, had to bring out a very expensive ladder they had left, and they commented they "didn't think it was mine" - if everything else was, why not the ladder???
They were careless in stacking boxes and broke open several, ignored "this side up" markings in large letters, stacked very heavy boxes on top of smaller light weight boxes, left black smudges on white doors and door facings, pushed furniture against walls, ignored request to place boxes marked shoes and clothing in room designated, left expensive fabric luggage on top of metal shelving with sharp edges - careless!

Dean and Cole arrived on time, friendly, organized and had me loaded in less than 1.5 hrs. At storage unit, just took 30 minutes total.....Excellent at placing my limited furniture and putting together the bed. Had a little glass damage to a picture; but staff took care of that right away the next week.
I would recommend TM&T to anyone wanting to pay a fair price for good service and professional movers. Used them before and will come back again when needed. D. Lucille

Everything was awesome, but there was a few items broken. My Wife's Grandmother's china a few plates out of the set (value non replaceable), a Berkley Lighting fishing rod $30.00, Glass yard art value $75.00. Other than those items, everything else was fine.

Everything was great for the most part. The team of movers worked very hard. I noticed my dresser drawer wouldn’t open after the move (when trying to open it the handle broken- it is still stuck closed).
There were a few scuffs on the wall on the staircase where furniture hit the wall.

For no fault of their own the heat was just too much so by the time the second truck was being emptied they were just worn out and only able to put stuff in our garage. Don’t know how to fix that situation as we were doing our best to keep them hydrated. Their boss brought them each one tiny Gatorade. Not enough for the heat. One guy even threw up. They were kind and respectful just wiped out! Only 2 things were broken. Hopefully we can get those fixed.
