We had a fantastic experience. The movers who helped us were very experienced, polite, and incredibly helpful. This is our 4th time using Two Men and a Truck and there’s a reason they have our return business.

My moving team had two very sweet guys who were incredibly slow movers. I’ve had two moves with Two Men and a Truck before and this third one was abysmal. It took over twice as long as quoted and two different supervisors had to come out to keep the guys moving. They also broke my pretty heavy duty bookshelf somehow. Fortunately I was refunded the hours, but I will never get that time back.
Response
Isabelle, we're sorry your third experience with us didn't live up to the standard of your previous moves. We understand how frustrating it is when a move takes longer than expected, and while we're glad we were able to refund the additional hours, we know that doesn't give you back your time.
We're also actively working through the claims process regarding your damaged bookshelf and want to make sure it's addressed properly. If there's anything else we can do to help, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 512-416-6800. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve.
