We were please with your service. The only negative I can say is that we scheduled our move for around 8am, but the movers didn't get here until close to 9. I had to call the office and check to see if they were still coming.

The older white guy told me he had been working for you for five years and the company was run by a family and they treat their employees like family! This really touched me in this day and age!!

(My computer is now connected, so I can address this.) I will not recommend them again! They scraped a hole in the stairway wall of the old place. They broke a halogen pole lamp. I found a broken leg from my sofa bed out on the lawn. A wooden TV table had a large scratch on it. When I called 'quality control' the next day about a missing part on 2 lamps, I had to leave a message; the call was never returned. We filled out a damage report form, but it is now 16 days later, and I have heard nothing from the company, although the movers said "the company would make it good." THIS TEAM NEEDS MORE TRAINING or needs to be dismissed! Maybe they were trying to hurry too much, but they weren't as careful as they should have been, & I was very disappointed.
