Karen Barney

Lead Customer Service Representative

Karen is our Lead Customer Service Representative and always a top performer! If you have ever booked your move with Karen, you know her customer service skills are top-notch, and she does a phenomenal job taking care of her customers to make sure moving day goes as smoothly as possible. Karen recently earned a spot in the Top 5 Sales Representatives in the entire franchise system! She's also made it to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Million Dollar Club for 2019 and 2020. We are so proud of the accomplishments that Karen has made, and can't wait to see what her future holds. We have no doubt she is going to crush the goals she has set for herself as part of the TMT Tulsa team. What she loves most about her job is after visiting the home office in Michigan, she sees that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is an outstanding company all the way to the top. She loves the people she works with, and the work environment that makes her feel like family. When she is not killin' it at work, she enjoys spending time with family, especially her kids, cooking and listening to music, and probably even dancing a little. We are lucky to have her as part of the TMT Tulsa family!

Mike has owned the franchise going on 10 years and has learned that the key to success is surrounding yourself with the right people. Mike is proud of the outstanding team around him! What he enjoys most about being a franchise owner with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is that he gets to work with people from all types of backgrounds. He considers this business and his son his proudest accomplishments. When he is not working, he loves going to sporting events with his son, and spending time with family, which is probably why his son rates him a 10 on the coolness scale!

A baseball fanatic and travel enthusiast, Justin has a background in Marketing Communications and Organizational Leadership. Justin graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Strategic Communications and holds a Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He currently serves as Immediate Past-Chair of the Board for the Bixby Metro Chamber of Commerce, as well as chair of the government affairs committee. Justin is also the Treasurer of the Board for Humble Sons Bike Co. and serves as the Chair of the Bixby Development Foundation.

Justin has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for eight years. Before becoming a Franchise Owner, he served as the Director of Marketing and Human Resources for six franchise locations spanning five states and the General Manager in Tulsa. He’s not all business though. Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Alexis and son Jett, cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys (Go Pokes!), trying new foods, and attending Life Church!

Heather is the lovely voice you will hear on the other end of the phone following up on your move. She is patient and kind to customers and works hard on our team to make sure everything gets taken care of! Heather came to us from an auto dealership as a service advisor but says "From the moment I came in to interview I felt like family. I met with Justin and Keely and they were genuinely kind and caring people, so I knew I wanted to be a part of that!" She has been at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Tulsa for just over a year, and her favorite part about her job is getting to hear all the positive feedback from our customers. When Heather isn't working, you can find her hanging out with her husband and daughter, or coaching her daughter's 7U softball team. We are so thankful to have her as a valued asset to our TMT team!

Jordan graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Agricultural Communications. She is a member of Junior League of Tulsa. Jordan loves spending her Saturdays in Stillwater cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys (Go Pokes!) with friends. She also enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and attending concerts. Christmas is her favorite holiday, and she always looks forward to the holiday season!

Prior to joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Kolby's career path led him through the construction industry. Starting from cleaning up job sites, he gradually transitioned into drywall work, where he primarily focused on framing buildings and hanging sheetrock. "Initially, I took on this job as a summer gig in 2018. However, the more time I spent here, the clearer it became that there were ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. What I cherish most about my role here is the diversity in my daily tasks. Unlike my previous job where monotony reigned, at TMAT, I encounter different people and situations every day. The variety keeps me engaged and motivated, which is just one of the many reasons why I enjoy working here." Demonstrating exceptional dedication and leadership skills, he swiftly advanced within the operations department, serving as the Night Supervisor for a duration of two years. Recognizing his consistent hard work and evolving leadership qualities, Kolby was promoted to the role of Safety/Training Coordinator.

Introducing Troy, our Operations Manager! Troy's journey with us began as a mover, swiftly progressing to a driver, and eventually, he transitioned to the operations team as a Safety Training Coordinator. Following that, he earned a promotion to Assistant Operations Manager, and in November 2023, he further advanced to the role of Operations Manager. In 2021, Troy was honored with the Employee of the Year title, a testament to his outstanding contributions. His adept communication with frontline teams and seamless oversight ensures our operations run efficiently. Beyond work, Troy indulges in his passion for fitness and basketball. We're delighted to have Troy as a valuable member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Tulsa team and take pride in his notable career achievements with us!
