Meet Our Team

Mike Mays is the Founding Franchisee and General Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, launching the Tulsa operation in March of 2010 with just two trucks and a vision to build something exceptional. Through hard work, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to customer service, Mike has grown the business into a multi-location operation serving multiple communities across several states.

From day one, Mike has focused on building a culture centered around integrity, accountability, and excellence. He believes success starts with investing in people — developing leaders, promoting from within, and creating opportunities for team members to grow both personally and professionally.

Mike remains actively involved in operations, financial oversight, and long-term strategic planning to ensure the company continues to deliver a high-quality moving experience while maintaining strong safety and performance standards.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys working out, attending his son’s sporting events, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife. He takes great pride in how far the company has come since those original two trucks and is excited about the continued growth ahead.

Heather

Heather is the lovely voice you will hear on the other end of the phone following up on your move. She is patient and kind to customers and works hard on our team to make sure everything gets taken care of! Heather came to us from an auto dealership as a service advisor but says "From the moment I came in to interview I felt like family. I met with Justin and Keely and they were genuinely kind and caring people, so I knew I wanted to be a part of that!" She has been at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Tulsa for just over a year, and her favorite part about her job is getting to hear all the positive feedback from our customers. When Heather isn't working, you can find her hanging out with her husband and daughter, or coaching her daughter's 7U softball team. We are so thankful to have her as a valued asset to our TMT team!

Tee Jay

Assistant Operations Manager

Tee Jay

Since joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2018, Tee Jay has grown both personally and professionally, steadily earning greater responsibility along the way. Recently promoted from Safety & Training Coordinator to Assistant Operations Manager, he now helps lead daily operations while continuing to champion safety, service, and team development. He is currently completing the company’s intensive Managers Moving Forward program, further sharpening his leadership skills and preparing for continued growth within the organization.

Known for his strong work ethic and genuine, easygoing smile, Tee Jay brings steadiness and positivity to the team.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son, making music, and drawing — balancing leadership with creativity and family life.

Jorge

Assistant Operations / Safety and Fleet Manager

Jorge

Jorge chose to work at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® because it felt like the right fit for him. Since joining the team, he has grown into the role of Assistant Operations / Safety and Fleet Manager, where he now helps lead daily operations, support crew development, and ensure our fleet is ready to serve customers safely and efficiently. Prior to joining our team, Jorge worked in the shipping and receiving department at Amazon. His experience there, combined with his hands-on knowledge from the field, has helped him develop strong leadership, organization, and safety skills. Jorge’s favorite aspect of working at TMT is the variety. He appreciates how each day brings new challenges, different home layouts, and opportunities to help both customers and team members succeed. In his free time, Jorge enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing basketball at the Gathering Place or the gym. A fun fact about Jorge is that he describes himself as very competitive — but always in a positive way!

Antonio

Antonio

Antonio joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® (TMT) Tulsa team nearly three years ago, bringing with him a strong work ethic and a passion for tackling new challenges. He chose TMT because he prefers a job that keeps him engaged and on his toes—no easy days and no two days the same.

Before joining TMT, Antonio worked in landscaping and HVAC, experience that shaped his commitment to hard work and problem-solving. One of his favorite parts of working here are the relationships he’s built: “I’ve made a lot of new friends. I really enjoy the connections,” he says. He also lives out our core values daily—especially The Grandma Rule, which he uses as a guide in every customer interaction.

Outside of work, Antonio enjoys spending as much time as possible with his daughter. A true creative, he also makes music, draws and designs his own clothing. Originally from Georgia, he’s a big fan of hot rods—both old and new—and loves producing and recording music.

We’re grateful to have Antonio on our team and appreciate the talent, heart and positivity he brings to every move.

As Sales and Marketing Manager for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Tulsa, Krysta leads the company’s brand strategy, community engagement, and customer experience initiatives. With a strong background in both inside and outside sales, she brings a driven, organized, and relationship-focused approach to her role. She is passionate about building strong teams, strengthening local partnerships, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.

A dedicated mother of four, Krysta brings the same energy and heart to her work that she brings to her home life. She is active in her church, loves traveling, and enjoys cooking for her family. Known for her love of holidays and creating memorable moments, she believes great businesses — like great homes — are built on care, connection, and attention to detail.

Troy

Troy is the Head of Operations at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Tulsa. With more than eight and a half years of experience with the company, Troy is a proven leader who is passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional customer service. His experience, professionalism, and ability to build strong, motivated teams make him an integral part of our leadership team.

After gaining additional experience in the logistics industry, Troy returned to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, bringing fresh perspectives while continuing to build on the culture and operational excellence that have made our team successful. He is committed to training, mentoring, and empowering employees to provide the highest level of service to every customer.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, staying active, and working on cars. His dedication to both his team and our customers reflects the values and commitment that define TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Tulsa.
