One of our company Core Values is giving back to the community. It's part of our DNA. In 2020, we gave 321 hours of volunteer service back to 30 local nonprofits in the Tulsa metro community. You can learn more about a few of our partners below. So many people ask us why we give back so much each year. The answer is simple... It's the right thing to do. After all, we are the "Movers Who Care®"!

Movers for Moms®

MOVERS FOR MOMS® is an annual collection event where TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® partners with local businesses and organizations to collect essential care items for women and children receiving services through local nonprofits and shelters. EMERGENCY INFANT SERVICES

Emergency Infant Services (EIS) is a non-denominational, non-profit organization which assists over 1416 infants and toddlers each month. Funded through the generosity of the community, staff and volunteers work together to make sure that infants and toddlers have the essentials they need. EIS has no waiting periods or income qualifiers, operating on the theory that a hungry child cannot wait.

FAMILY AND CHILDREN SERVICES

Family & Children’s Services is a leading provider of behavioral health care and family services for people of all ages in Tulsa and surrounding communities. Today, they provide 49 life-changing programs for adults and children in mental health, substance abuse and family services. in 2016, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Tulsa was honored to donate $2,500 worth of bikes for Tulsa children in need at Christmas time. 

GIRL SCOUTS 

Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma - Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

HOSPICE OF GREEN COUNTRY

Hospice of Green Country - As the only United Way funded, non-profit hospice in northeast Oklahoma, excellent patient care is their bottom line.  The cost of hospice services is often covered by Medicare and private insurance for many patients, but Hospice of Green Country's mission is to help those without the resources to pay for hospice services too.  Hospice of Green Country relies upon gifts from corporations, foundations, the United Way and individuals throughout northeastern Oklahoma to fund care for patients without healthcare benefits. We are honored to have our very own marketing/human resources director serve on their fundraising committee. 

HUMBLE SONS BIKE CO.

Humble Sons Bike Co. is dedicated to providing bicycles, helmets and locks to every deserving child they can reach. In 2016, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Tulsa assisted in delivering over 1,000 bikes to Tulsa school children and worked with Humble Sons Bike Co. to advocate for bike clubs in Tulsa Public Schools to help students develop strong motor skills. 

JENKS FOOD BANK

The mission of the Jenks food bank is to provide food and necessities as available to individuals and families within the Jenks Public School District who need assistance.

SOUTH TULSA CHILDREN'S BALLET

The mission of the South Tulsa Children's Ballet is to provide a pre-professional performance oppertunity and encourage children to continue their dance education. Every child that auditions will receive a part based on his/her experience. No student is ever turned away.

TOYS FOR TOTS

Toys For Tots provides toys, gifts, and books for less fortunate childred. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Tulsa is proud to not only be a toy drop location, we are honored to be trusted by the Marines to pick up and transport all filled boxes and large donations within the community. 

Volunteers of America

Volunteers of America Oklahoma reaches out to over 2,000 Oklahomans every month by providing affordable senior housing, residential support for individuals with intellectual disabilities and assisting individuals at the risk of homelessness.
