men did well, worked timely, wrapped furniture very well, did break one leg on an end table but took it with them to have it repaired

The workers were good and worked hard. I did advise the office when I ordered the service we could not move into the new location during the lunch service from 11-12:30. The crew didn’t arrive until about 9 putting us at the new location at 10:50. So I had to pay an extra hour and a half to just sit waiting. I had asked that we start around 8 AM. I guess that was not relayed or not possible.

When moves are scheduled, we provide an estimated arrival window between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. While we always do our best to accommodate preferred start times, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time due to factors like crew preparation and morning dispatch.

I contacted several companies and Karen in the front office made my decision easy. As soon as I started talking with her I knew this was the one. Besides the lowest price, the communication was fantastic. The movers/packers were a don't judge the book by it's cover story. The facial piercing shocked me at first, but they were courteous, professional, efficient and thorough. Would request again.

The movers were fast once they showed up. They did go to the wrong address initially. They were well organized and knew exactly what they were doing. They broke my bed footboard and my desk. The company said they couldn’t fix it and they offered me pennies on the dollar for compensation. I would use them again.

From the minute I made the call and was speaking with a representative I knew I made the right call. The rep was polite and very knowledgeable. She went through the process about how a team of movers arrive, assist and execute the job. She calculated and explained every cost and answered all of my questions. The movers Starsky and Tony I think, were great, professional, worked carefully and fast.
