On time Curtious got right to work moved in a good timeframe never took a brake just got I done from point A to point B just what I needed to have happen on a day that was in the teens with snow

The movers were very hard working and did a great job on a very cold day

The workers were good. The workers and truck came from Elyria, Ohio to pick up at Painesville, Ohio... a long time to pay for a truck on the road. I thought the workers would be sent from a closer depot to the first pick up spot to reduce charges.

The guys that moved my stuff were WONDERFUL; they we polite, careful, accommodating and QUICK!
Honestly , I was afraid they would take their good ol sweet time to pad the bill, but they were zippy quick!!!
I never plan to move again, but if I do, I would want this group! andeth;???

Very pleased from the customer service I received on the phone and the movers all did an outstanding job with all aspects of the move and were very professional.

When I first spoke with the office, I told them I had a grandfather clock and was told there was no problem moving it. However when the truck was being loaded I was told they could not move the clock due to the fact that special gloves were needed to handle the weights and since that had not been mentioned I wasn't prepared. The clock was left at the house and the movers proceeded to the new one. After a call from your office, I was sent to the store to purchase what was needed and the movers had to return to the old house, pack the clock and bring it to the new house. This took at least 1-1/2 to 2 hrs, of extra time which I was charged for. This was very upsetting during such a stressful time.

The moving team (2 men) arrived on time and were very polite and courteous. I used Two Men and a Truck to move furniture to a storage unit. I had specific instructions for some select pieces of furniture and for how I wanted the furniture placed in the storage unit. They followed my instructions with no problems. They were very efficient. Wasted no time, but were careful at the same time in handling the furniture. I was very pleased with the whole moving process.

Two men and a truck provided a great service for me which resulted in less worrying.

Disappointed in the length of time it took to complete the task. We were quoted 5 to 6 hours for 2 men. They sent 4 men and it still ended up taking 5 to 6 hours. This area was a small apartment that didn't have too much to move. The time should have been cut in half! Please explain.
