Shawn and his team were just outstanding. It was a big move with smiles and yes sir all 12 1/2 hours of it. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Overall, I'm pleased that my personal items and furniture made it to my new residence undamaged. However, I am still shocked at how high the price was, the lazy work ethic (short of the team leader), and the amount of time it took to move the items to a two bedroom apartment...with the items in the middle of the room. I have moved several times in my life - and have done the move myself too - and I'm just dismayed at the poor work ethic that was displayed. I am very, very disappointed that this move cost me $1000 to move 10 minutes down the road. When I asked the team lead to move some boxes, his response told me all that I needed to know - that I was stuck with using Two Men and a Truck - when I really wanted to send him and his crew home. Your company needs to work harder on moves.

Jen and the staff on the phone were great to work with. Even though they were nearly booked solid for the month I needed to move, they found two dates that worked for me and handled the whole booking over the phone quickly and efficiently. The crew I requested (3 men not 2) showed up on time and worked like a well oiled machine. I was surprised to learn they wrapped and protected everything before loading it and even took care with some items I told them weren't really valuable. Whole job was completed in less time than estimated and the men were courteous and careful. Great job all around and I would certainly use your service again.

A great crew came to my apartment and were extremely efficent. They worked quickly but were very careful with everything. I would use Two Men and A Truck in the future.

they moved the furniture , took longer than I thought it should but it's done

We only needed a few heavy things moved - the guys took their time protecting our stuff, moved it efficiently, carried a few things upstairs for us from the garage that we had already moved, and were even very accommodating of our overly friendly dog. I really liked the flexibility to pay by the hour vs. having to pay a flat fee for half a day or some of the other pricing options. Would definitely use this company again, although I hope I don't have to move for a long time!

We were supposed to have a team at our house between 330-600 pm. Got a call at 945am stating had staffing issues and would we be avail. sooner. We said we would. 20 minutes later get a call from a gentleman stating he was with Minute MenTemps coming to unload our truck. 3 guys showed up in a car. No unloading equipment with them. Unloaded a bedroom set to our basement and had nothing to unload a piano. The 3 workers were very nice and apologetic. My husband who is disabled had to help carry the piano in. Then we got the bill and it was almost double what we had been quoted. When my husband spoke with the office person about the difference she stated we had to pay the amount. On Monday we got a call apologizing that the manager had not told them to waive the piano fee. Got $150back

Although they missed the original appointment by 30 minutes. Their efficiency and speed allowed them to complete the job in under budget, and completed the work to our satisfaction. I would recommend there services to any of my friends and family.

The movers showed up on time and we very efficient.
Also the office was quick to get us set up and moved.

The two man team was very courteous and professional. They did a very nice job moving my items in a timely, professional manner. Only a few issues they did not take care of as requested but still very happy with their performance.
