Brunswick Community Involvement
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is committed to community service for several important reasons, and our partnership with Feeding Medina County, a community food pantry that supports children and seniors in need, aligns with these core principles.
-
Social Responsibility: As a responsible corporate citizen, we believe it is our duty to give back to the communities in which we operate. We understand that businesses have a significant impact on local environments, economies, and social well-being. By engaging in community service, we demonstrate our commitment to being a positive force in our community.
-
Strengthening Community Ties: Engaging in community service fosters a stronger bond between our company and the local community. By actively participating in initiatives like supporting Feeding Medina County, we establish ourselves as a trusted and caring neighbor. This strengthens our relationships with local residents, organizations, and government entities.
-
Employee Engagement and Satisfaction: Offering opportunities for employees to engage in community service can boost their job satisfaction and sense of purpose. Many employees are more motivated and content when they work for a company that values and supports community involvement. It also provides a platform for team building and collaboration outside of the office.
-
Addressing Local Needs: Our partnership with Feeding Medina County specifically addresses a pressing local need – hunger among children and seniors. Citizen's who struggle to access enough food is a critical issue, and our involvement in this area allows us to directly contribute to alleviating this problem.
-
Long-term Sustainability: Supporting initiatives like Feeding Medina County contributes to the long-term sustainability of our community. By helping citizen's in need today, we are investing in a healthier and more stable community for the future.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®'s commitment to community service, particularly through our partnership with Feeding Medina County, is rooted in our belief in social responsibility, community engagement, employee satisfaction, addressing local needs, building a positive brand image, and contributing to long-term sustainability. By working together with organizations like Feeding Medina County, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people in our community and create a stronger, more vibrant place for everyone to live and work.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Campaigns
Movers for Moms®
We are incredibly excited to participate in the national MOVERS FOR MOMS® campaign again this year. We have chosen this year to partner with the LCADA KEYS PROGRAM, a 6-month Drug/Alcohol Inpatient Facility for Women with Children. We will be collecting diapers and baby wipes of all sizes and hygiene products for women and children who are not in diapers. (All items are to be ALCOHOL-FREE). There will be several local businesses that will have drop boxes for these items and will be picked up during the first week of May to be delivered by Mother's Day. These businesses will be listed here at a later time. If you are a business and are interested in participating in this program, please reach out to our local TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise.
