This was my first time using a moving company. A referral from a trusted friend recommended Two Men andamp; Truck. At old location. gentlemen arrived on time and began loading immediately. Special care was given to family heirloom furniture. Everything was unloaded and moved to areas specified at the new location. The move was handled in record time with the utmost professionalism. Courteous and budget friendly service. Actual cost was approximately 35% less than the estimated cost.

The office staff kept valuable information from me. Had they mentioned I needed to get someone to unhook the gasolineandamp;acirc;€™s ahead of time I would have been prepared. Instead of telling me things can be done then at the end say I canandamp;acirc;€™t do that. That is not the men doing the moving falt. Not to be disrespectful since I donandamp;acirc;€™t remember ther names the andamp;acirc;€œwhite manandamp;acirc;€ was a wast of time and money. He spent 20 minutes in my bathroom. He did very little work. The other two men were very good and I would work with them again. Because I was misinformed my stove, washer and dryer have not been moved. As far as wrapping everything I feel that was wasted time. The last time I moved it took 4 hours. You took 8 hours and didnandamp;acirc;€™t move all my things.
Not to mention cost twice as much.

All was great. The lady who came to our house to prepare the estimate was very thorough, friendly, and professional. She really explained everything to us in a way that made us feel all would be OK. Ours was a little complicated so she prepared 4 estimates to cover all possible scenarios. We were kept informed by offices staff with several calls to assure us that all was in order. On moving day 3 men called a few minutes before arrival and when they showed up and they were all very friendly, clean, and professional. They worked steadily all day, made deliveries at 2 locations, and completed the entire move in about 2 hours less than we had hoped for which obviously saved us serious money. We will definitely recommend 2 Men And A Truck to friends and use them again if needed.

We had a small job that involved two pick-up locations and one final destination. The only concern I had was that despite using GPS, the men were unable to locate two of the houses. If we hadn't been there, I don't know how they would have found these easy-to-locate houses. They were also delayed by a couple of hours, but that wasn't their fault. It was a serious traffic problem, and they were very apologetic. Overall, they did a good job, and I would consider using their services again.

Very satisfied. Had a tight deadline and 2 men and a truck was able to fit me in. The office staff was very courteous and professional. The moving crew showed up on time and they were very professional and friendly. Explained what they were going to do after I showed them around. The crew all worked together and were amazing. Would without hesitation use 2 men and a truck again.

The 4 men who moved us were courteous, attentive, helpful, and clearly focused on satisfying our needs and expectations. Went it of their way to please.

The 2 employees that packed and loaded my belongings were very attentive, professional, and thorough for the entire loading process which took more than 8 hours. Then upon arriving at the new home- there were 3 more individuals to assist with the unloading process which went very well... Again very efficient and attentive.

I was disappointed that the guys didn't have the tools to do the job properly. when i contracted w2Mandamp;T, we discussed the safe i had in my basement, and the lift that would be used to SAFELY move the safe out of my basement, and into our new home. As you know, there is a $200 fee to move the safe. when the guys arrived, they did not have the lift we discussed and i expressed my concern for the way the crew would be forced to move it. i believe it was irresponsible for your company to send the crew without the proper tools that i paid for, and put those men, and my property at risk. everything else went pretty well. I do remain dissatisfied that this was not handled as agreed when i hired your company.

Crew was great and moved everything fairly quick. I was a bit worried that cost was going to be higher than the quote given and happily surprised when it came in on the low side. Quick, efficent, and professional. Would definitely recommend and use their services again!
