I was aware of 2m&T but never had occasion to use them. Made a cold call to them via internet search. Initially talked with Alecia to get info. Called back and talked with Katie - impressed with both. Good info, detailed explanations, cost seemed reasonable. Most important they could accommodate our deadline and various needs as we closed out a condo. Never did call any other movers. Team of Charles, Jon and Jorden arrived exactly on time (a big PLUS for us), introduced themselves individually. We explained the job, pickup in Vermilion, delivery to Avon, moving some things around in the process. Big deal was wrapping and putting out old mattress/box spring for trash. All three worked hard, were anxious to please and easy and friendly to work with. Highly recommend!

The movers were on time, they were quick and efficient. However, they installed my washer incorrectly, causing my laundry room to flood (which is on the first floor), and caused water damage to the ceiling and carpets of my basement. At no time did they indicate that they did not know how to install my washer, or that I should check my washer. They had the instructions readily available and chose not to follow them. I was severely disappointed! It is a brand new build and on the first day I had to deal with this!!

The installers were wonderful, polite and hardworking.

Our moving team was very professional. They communicated their arrival status, arrived within the window of time, were careful with our furniture and very easy to work with. Couldn't have had a better experience!

The guys were polite and quick. Disappointed they didn't know how to pack the truck better to get all myself on it. I had to pick and choose what I wanted keep and leave.

I am very upset and disappointed with the way this most recent move went. I have never had such a horrible moving experience. While I hired 4 men to move my stuff, thinking it would take less time it took almost double the time I was quoted. Three out of the four guys dragged there feet the entire day. On top of that they broke an over 100 year old piece of furniture, as well as my queen bed frame that I have yet to here from the repair guy and it’s been about two weeks. After unpacking I also found multiple wine glasses shattered. When they arrived at my apartment to bring the stuff in, one guy stated not knowing I was standing there “he had already moved his share of heavy stuff and he wouldn’t move anymore”. I regret using this company and will never again for my future moves.

Recent friend used your service. Was very happy how her move was handled. My experience was wonderful. Employees very personable, took excellent care of furniture and belongings, and move was completed in a very short time frame.

From Katie in the office to Aaron, Adam and Dravin our experience was awesome. At anytime we had no issues and this team made our move as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck from Elyria to anyone who is looking for a professional team and people who care about your belongings. Also note that they not only do local but cross country moves too. I wish I would have used them from Joliet to Ohio then I would have not had all the issues we had with our last movers. You want it done right call Elyria Two Men and a Truck!!!
