Had 1 7 piece bedroom set a fireplace and a couch moved, 5 pieces of my bedroom set damaged. Dropped and dragged my furniture across my bedroom hardwood floors leaving gouges in the floor, holes in my walls moving the set upstairs, scraping paint, gouging a pillar in living room with my couch puttifng holes in my drywall going downstairs refusing to take legs off couch saying they don’t carry tools therefore tearing The leather on my couch arm as they dragged it down the steps leaving gouges and marks in our downstairs walls. Paid for 2 men, 3rd man shiwed up with them assisting and now don’t even know if he was an employee. Paid extra for insurance, keep calling gen manager who claims vendors will be contacting us. Been 20 days and no one has called. Now cannot get anyone to respond

Delivery time was expected between 2 and 5 P.M. We received a call at 3:00 stating the moving time would be more towards the 5:00 time slot. At 5:45, I called the office and left a few messages, and no one returned my calls. The delivery men finally called and said they were on their way much later. I have already spoken to a representative expressing my concern over the lack of communication, and they are compensating our bill with a 5% discount. That was satisfactory and helped our dissatisfaction. The movers, once they came, were great.

The 3 man team could not have worked harder or faster ,very professional ,worked well with each other.
I t was very cold & snowy that day and that did not effect your men, great attitudes, they our moving experience much easier.
The women who met at our house prior to the move also did a great job ,very pleasant ,very professional,and informative.

The service was great and I am happy with it. During the setup there was a mix-up on scheduling the move I had thought that they were coming a day earlier than they were scheduled. When I called and asked when they were going to get there I was informed that they were going to come over the next morning. They immediately offered to come over and they moved me that day, excellent service and flexibility.

Ken and John were great! They took time to make friends with our Boxer and you could tell they do moving for a living. They put the items exactly where I indicated. They were very personable and professional.

Excellent service. These men took better care with my own propriety than I would have. Price was fare and these guys worked very hard to get the job done before the quoted time. Above and Beyond my expectations! I have used your service and the past, and will in the future if needed!

Office personnel were professional and easy to work with. Movers were extremely helpful and took time to make sure my items were treated with care. Friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a 3-man team. They carefully disassembled and wrapped all of my glass tables, desks, book shelves, tv stand. They were friendly, fun, and careful with my items. The driver did have trouble navigating the steepness of my driveway with the truck. There were new employees working on my move and the supervisor did stop over during my move to help and train. Overall, I am very satisfied with Two Men and a Truck.
