My experience turned to poor after the move. We had 2 things break( one being something of importance) and its been over a week and a half, we have called to contact the company almost everyday, and received no call back or clue what is going to happen with those items. The moving team even though did break some things were very nice and did a good job.

I moved from a 3 story walk up to a 1st story nearby. I had enough boxes to choke a small horse. I am disabled and have limited income and your people treated me like i was the most valuable person they had to serve. I was nervous and talked too much. They listened to my jokes and helped me move my heavy furniture. They agreed the stairs were terrible and laughed at my jokes. My tip was giving them a painting to each of them. i paint from my heart. Cats to dandelions to glittery snowflakes. I gave each of them a hug and proved my lack of height.

your dispatcher was more than willing to give me a cat, But she gave them away.

I am bipolar with bad knees and i could not have done this without your help. They took tlc with my stuff. i cannot thank you enough for the compassion.

Only problem was that when your crew was late, nobody called to advise reason and new ETA.

They called letting me know they were on the way. Arrived well within the specified arrival windows. Answered my questions. They were neat in appearance and professional. They didn’t lolligag around. They came in, explained the paperwork, accessed the situation, and got right to work. Upon arriving at the destination, they put my furniture where I asked, put together my mother’s bed, and asked wether there was anything that needed to be moved again before they left. The work was completed quickly and everything took place exactly as was explained to me beforehand. I’m very satisfied.

As alway, no matter the team, Two Men and a Truck provide a good value with courteous staff, care for our goods, always on time, and a joy to work with. This is our fourth time using TMAAT, and the only company we will use in the future. Thank you!

Took 2 full days to move when we did it 5 years ago in one day with MORE stuff. Moving team were good guys but moved very slow and took many breaks, including dribbling a basketball in my driveway for a period of time. I have used Two men and truck before and they were excellent, went above and beyond. This time was different. They moved a $250 weight set , taking it apart ans putting it back together in previously. This time they told me they would do that but never did. Then they wanted to charge an additional $650 dollars to do it. I could buy a brand new one and have it delivered and set up for $250. They also left several large items at the house that I had to retrieve. This is the 3rd time I have used Two Men and a Truck . First two were excellent, this time definitely not happy!

Kind and courteous. A true pleasure to work with from start to finish!

Overall the experience was great. The movers did an excellent job, especially when it came to getting the couch out of the room.

Great company, very professional,friendly and on time! The only moving company I use!

The movers were careful and efficient. They also had a wonderful sense of humor as a group, while also being professional.
