The movers did a good job and took care of our belongings. However, they were not willing to move my treadmill to a 2nd floor though I disclosed that at the time of booking. The manager called me to check on the move and I mentioned this to her. She promised a follow up and when I followed up, I started getting the run around. She mentioned that I was supposed to disassemble the treadmill, as if I do that for a living. And she wanted to charge me again for moving it in home. I have the treadmill sitting in the garage. This is disappointing!!

We had an experience with your company! Your team arrived on time and every single person greeted me. Josh was the lead on the job and he was amazing! he kept us informed every step of the way and kept the team going. They were all professional and very respectful. Josh realized that we were running behind found my husband told him that he thought we needed to call in more people to help. Another four men showed up and got the job done. We will use your company again.

Originally planned to handle move ourselves but our friends/family were unable to assist at the last minute. I was happy that Two Mwn and a Truck was available to save the day. Service was excellent and the moving team was courteous and respectful. Thank you!

The Team out of Lansing had not wrapped the furniture to the satisfaction of the team in St Peters.

The office person was patient & helpful when I phoned to set up the appointment to unload our U-Haul truck, & when we had to make adjustments in our time frame twice, she readily accommodated us. The pricing information was clear, so we knew exactly what to expect. The two young men who arrived to unload the truck were on time, skilled, efficient & patient, even when some heavy things had to be moved more than once. They took pride in doing a good job & were a pleasure to work with. If I have another moving job to do, I will definitely request them! Millie, St. Louis
