Crew was fast and careful. Noted crew had excellent training on lifting heavy furniture. Was competent in moving Sleep Number bed which I was really concerned about. Glad I chose three men. Excellent value, made move a no-brainer.

not sure about the last 3 questions because I made the arrangement over phone for the move of furniture pieces from my sister's house to my son's house. I did not speak with the moving crew personally. They were supposed to call me when close to my son's home. However, I believe they called his tele# to see if he was on site. Since he was home for the delivery, there was no need to contact me. I drove to my son's home in anticipation of the moving team calling but when I arrived they had already delivered the furniture and departed.

Brandon and Huso, the movers were excellent. Brandon in particular was very professional. He understood my concern about transporting new furniture from St. Louis to Boston and took extra time padding and wrapping individual pieces. They are assets to your team. My only criticism, I ultimately purchased FVP coverage, but it was never clear to me what I was getting. There was no written legal document outlining the specific coverage.
