Was very disappointed this time in crew. They had no tools to take bed apart so we had to have someone come and do it, which took extra time which we had to pay for. Team didn't stay as focused on task as prior teams had so took extra time.

Joan Box of dishes were dropped by one of the movers. Talked with Dan once but have not heard back from him regarding replacement or reduction of my move charge. Workers were slow and inexperienced.

The move itself went well and the movers were understanding and flexible (all furniture did not fit where it was supposed to). We found a few scratches on our hardwood floors and the claims person evaluated to give us $100 back so we can buff and wax the scratches. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for movers!
