I moved my elderly parents from one assisted living facility to another. Three young men arrived to do the move, Brendan, Travis and Skylar. They were polite, respectful and patient - especially since my parents insisted on being present for the move-out and move-in, and were wondering around the apartments as the men were working. They kept us informed by phone prior to their arrivals at both locations, so we knew when to expect them, and did a great job of wrapping and moving all items. I would recommend Two Men and A Truck (Burnsville location), and the team of Brendan, Travis and Skylar. Great job guys! Thank you, Ann

there was some miscommunication between the office and the movers. It was a move and storage and I was given a quote for the load and flat fee estimate for unload is storage. Movers were concerned because they thought 1-2 hour estimate was for entire job not realizing it didn't include unload in storage (about 4 hours total). Also was almost billed for both the estimate unload amount plus the actual unload amount. Was corrected but only after I explained the situation.

We had three young men; Creg, Don, and Ephruim who were late through no fault of their own, but once they arrived they very professional and efficient. They did a very good job, I appreciated their efforts to move my parents belongings into a storage unit. Thanks guys.

Both men were so kind, considerate and very efficient. They did not dilly dally and worked very fast. All furniture was moved with care and even saved money with their advice. I felt badly realizing I should have tipped on top of payment, as it was my first time having the service. They were wonderful at the job and customer service.

Overall, a great experience. The arm and leg of my leather chair was damaged, and they took it with them for repair. That is the only reason I was unable to give an excellent rating in all categories. I will have to wait to see it when it is returned.

Mattress protectors were included in the estimate, but none were used. The crew left them behind and put the mattress and box spring on the ground in the dirty/wet garage. This move was done for my aging dad and I was unable to be there. I feel like they did as little as they could and got out of there. I did speak with management, they went right over and fixed the issues delivering the kind of service we have come to expect from these guys. Overall Two Men and a Truck is GREAT, the movers just didn't hit a home run on this move...
