My original team needed to send a different team due to the fact their move was taking a lot longer. The two teams did a great job of communicating the changes and keeping me informed. Both teams called to let me know about the change and to see if it was ok. They did a great job!!

It helped when the estimate for the move was actually what I paid. The move from Illinois to Michigan was horrible, another company, and came in over twice what they quoted.
I will use Two Men and a Truck again.

You didn't ask about perceived value. Your prices have escalated too high for the service provided. I will use another option in the future. $144 per hour is excessive.
