There were three heavy objects that needed to be moved. I expressed this in my order with the office. I told them they would need a heavy-duty dolly to move them. The two men who came did a great job with everything but had no way of moving the heaviest objects because they did not have a dolly. I had to rent a truck, a dolly and two more people to move the objects costing more money.

I forgot the names of our “Two Men” but they were very professional, efficient & nice.
One guy was training a newer guy. Very impressed w teaching method and communication skills.

Our moving team was Xander, Delvin and ? . They were careful with our items and very respectful and kind to us. And, they were obviously very strong :) We are very pleased. It was a good experience and we highly recommend this team!

very good service and follow-up. My only real disappointment is that they did not remove their shoes. It was our first snow fall of the season. So of course their shoes was wet walking on our floors and carpet. I could have asked, but I was hoping that they would follow my example. Even shoe covers would have been nice. Sometimes its the small things that matter.
