The movers were honest, explained everything when they arrived. They cared for my items like they were they grandmother's belongings. They kept us informed during the entire process. The movers worked well together.

I was really shocked to find out that the staff was very unhappy with there management and complained during their time to be working about low pay and no insurance. They also failed to bring key elements which would have made my moving experience better. I knew they had tracked dirt into my home and onto the carpet but later found out there was clumps of dirt in the downstairs floor and the desk had been put backward. They had also left the screws to the table at the other address and set the table up like it was complete. Very unhappy

Your team arrived promptly and called in advance. They were quite friendly and positive. They jumped right in and loaded at a steady rate taking great care of our possessions. I expressed concern over my two crates of my record collection which they placed in the cab of the truck for safefy. They met us at our distant storage unit on time to the minute. They unloaded in the rain and made it all fit! It was a bit tight. Thanks to your team for making this happen.

The movers moved slowly and chatted a lot throughout the day, which increases the amount of time the move took and in turn the cost to me.
