All of our professional teams complete two days of classroom-style training where they are paired up with some of our seasoned trainers. They learn the best practices and procedures from guys who have been completing moves for years (over 3,000 moves combined!). They practice safely protecting furniture and unique items such as washers, chest freezers, and televisions. They also learn how to properly load a truck and other safety precautions when maneuvering possessions through a home or business.
The training doesn't stop there! After they have completed their two days of classroom orientation, all frontline employees are utilized as the "third man" on at least three moves before they set out on their own. Our management staff holds two monthly frontline safety meetings per month to stay up-to-date on the most efficient moving techniques and practices. This is how we ensure our customers are receiving the best moving experience ever!
