I'm not happy that I was lied to. They broke a handle on a bin and I had to ask countless times where is the handle and finally was told it's in the tub. It was not. Found something I made when I was in Elementary School shattered and cracked in 3 pieces and it was precious to me. I have moved hundreds of times in my lifetime and never has it broken. I'm hurt. I would recommend two men and a truck if you only have furniture they seem to do better with that even though I found a crack on my computer desk and it was very wobbly and loose as they did not secure it properly. I paid too much money to have several things broken or damage. Years ago the crew I had were so awesome that these guys just let me down. I still may use them in the future. Cost is outrageous tho. I contacted two men and truck to move a piece of furniture for me the receptionist explained everything to me we set up an appointment the fellows were actually early they moved my chair with great care and experience and I would use them again.

I specifically explained that I needed a stacked washer and dryer separated and moved and possibly a table moved. They were sent in a truck that was too large to fit in my driveway and for the job. So I paid for more time as the truck sat all the way at end of my driveway. Second neither mover had ever disassembled a stacked washer and dryer. It took forever, like 25min just to unstack. They didn't wrap either appliance and subsequently my washer was scratched on the side. There are many scratches on top of washer but I can't honestly say that wasn't original installers but scratch on side of washer was definitely not there previously. I feel like lack of experience in this particular situation cost a lot more time than it should've. The movers were polite and nice.

They came in to move furniture so we could get wood floor refinished. They came in, I explained what needed to be moved and where, they completed the job quickly and carefully. I was completely satisfied.

Everything was fast quick and easy, the guys who moved were awesome and friendly, plus they didn't require any supervision from myself allowing me to relax during the moving process. The office staff responded to my questions within 15 minutes of me sending them an email, and all it all were on top of everything I needed. Will be using Two Men and a Truck to move again!
