Our crew included one experienced mover and one new person, on his first or second day of working. The two of them were just not very cohesive as a team. They moved a large, brand-new refrigerator for us, cooking the handle on a doorjamb. I won't know until the POD returns whether or not it will function as it should. They moved a futon upstairs, got to the top and realized they needed to disassemble it. They took the futon partially apart on the steps, then struggled to reassemble. New guy didn't even know righty-tighty, lefty-loosy, Eventually we sent them away because we didn't want to pay by the hour for more of their fumbles. The POD looked haphazard, and I am not confident that our antiques and appliances are wrapped or packed safely or well. I will not use TMAAT again.

The price quoting and scheduling went fine. Our service experience with the movers and the follow up from the office checking in the service is poor. Damage was done to linoleum floor that was avoidable. The movers were slow and not organized. The office did call me to check in on my satisfaction, and said they wanted me to speak with the manager, that was two weeks ago, no follow up from the manager. I cannot recommend this company.

The packer that put our clothing in two wardrobe boxes just threw shirts and pants that had been professionally laundered into the large box.Several hundred dollars worth of dry cleaning was thrown away because of his laziness. He knew what he was doing was unacceptable but continued throwing slacks and laundered shirts ,one on top of the other. My sweaters, instead of being put neatly in boxes were also thrown into a deep wardrobe box on top of 8-10 pair of shoes that had been thrown in one on top of the other.We are missing the base unit to our telephone.
A table leg was gouged significantly and am awaiting a response from the moving company. All in all the treatment of our belongings was less than adequate and not reflective of the significant cost I had to pay for the move.

We are very happy we chose to use Two Men and a Truck for our move across town. The movers were respectful, quick working, and took every effort to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. They continually referred to us during the move to make sure things ended up in the places we wanted, and they took good care to ensure as little damage to our furniture as possible. The only reason I rated "good" for a couple of items was that post-move we did discover some dents in our wall from furniture going down the stairs. They are minor and we can fix them; however, I think these holes could have been avoided.

Overall we absolutely would recommend these services to our friends and family--saved us a lot of time and stress during the moving process! Thanks for the hard work!

Arrived late. Did not follow instructions. Gouged wall. Broke door knob. Removed light furniture, left heavy dressers.

After I paid 495 for for hours I had to still get a uhaul and pay more for the things I needed to be moved and my clock was broke and no one said anything.

Not everything was moved. Things weren’t labeled right by movers. They damaged neighbors yard. There are still,items at our house. It was an expensive and disappointing experience. I left a voice mail for the Jackson road location but haven’t received a call back.

Wonderful service, professional, on time, and fast.

My only disappointment was the company did not have the tool needed to unscrew my bed to take it apart to move it. They moved the mattress and box spring, but my husband had to buy a new tool(just what he needed LOL), and take it apart and move it himself. The bed is a four poster, solid cherry bed, not an easy carry. Other than that everything went smoothly.
One other comment is that the office staff did not mention the optional insurance if something was to be damaged.

Our movers were Quan, Aqil and Dave - we were very happy with their service. They accommodated our needs, were speedy, careful and friendly.
