The movers great; the appointment process was not. I requested a 3 hour job, which I knew to be necessary—that’s how long it took to move our possessions out in the first place. Nonetheless, the staff asked me to itemize precisely which items had to be moved--a hard question to answer off the top of my head, because there were 3 rooms worth of furniture, boxes, personal items, etc. She calculated 2 hours of work, which seemed very low, but she said that we could pay for any additional hours. When the movers arrived, they only had a 1 hour window between jobs. When we called the office, the person we talked to tried to blame us for poorly explaining what sort of work was needed. At first we were told that they would leave in one hour, but after I angrily complained the scheduler relented.

The movers were wonderful with a hard move on a hot day.

The guys were great! It was a very hot day but they worked hard to meet my time restraints. Very friemdly:)

The woman who setup my daughter's move in Ann Arbor was very professional and the two men who orchestrated it were amazing. Very courteous, efficient and hard working. They were actually running! We called very last minute and they really helped us out. Great experience all around.

The movers were awesome, positive, and I felt very comfortable and confident having them moving my belongings! Two Men and a Truck made everything stress-free and easy. Thank you for an awesome experience - I will definitely be using again.

If I could rate them higher than "excellent" I would!!! The office was clear and helpful and demonstrated great communication; the movers were friendly, strong, efficient and took care of my stuff. They worked every minute they were at my home and this was well worth the reasonable price.

The moving guys were great. Efficient and friendly. Didn't waste any time, got right to work.

The office staff patiently answered my numerous questions. They never made me feel like I was wasting their time. Always answered my numerous emails promptly. They made me feel that my move was important. The moving team was very polite, answered any questions that I had. They were very organized and were very careful with my items. The team leader kept me aware of any possibe cost or time changes. I would use Two Men and a Truck again.

John, Trevor and Corey were not only friendly, but I couldn't believe how quickly they got it done. I was moving out of a third floor condo and they made it a cake walk! Thank you doesn't cover it! You guys were fantastic!
