I really could not have been any happier with the movers who helped me over two days time. Ended up having two men on the first day and three on the second day, and they all were great. Not only do they clearly have super-powers, but every single one of them had a great attitude, and each was so very kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. There can be a lot of emotion that comes along with any move, and they were all very respectful of those moments that were difficult. The fact that they were laughing as they were hefting my vintage 30 million pound fridge up my winding staircase speaks volumes to me -- it's clear that the management has invested significant time into the well-being of their employees and establishing a culture that more companies could benefit from. So very grateful.

It was a great experience. Fast and efficient. I have used them before in another community plus another state.

Can't remember the name of the guys who moved me (Saturday 9/1, Ann Arbor - Jackson) but they were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! They had their work cut out for them, moved a bed and very heavy dresser downstairs - into the truck - then up a VERY narrow staircase. Prior to the move I was nervous that the items wouldn't even fit into the room...these guys got it in there and arraigned everything PERFECTLY!! Thanks a million for a quick and easy move, raved about your services and can't wait to use you again!

Our movers were incredibly efficient, careful, and friendly. They navigated the busy streets of Ann Arbor well and took good care of my not so well packed belongings. I would definitely recommend them!

We contacted two men and a truck for a cross town move. Our orig movers had a conflict & could not make a date as planned. Two men & a truck agreed to pack 1 day & move another. This review is for the MOVE, NOT the packing. The group arrived friendly & on time. They listened to our concerns & when they ran into one hiccup with one appliance, shared clear communication. As they processed our move, the lead mover mentioned that more stuff should have been packed in the basement. I explained that the company had been out earlier in the week to pack & let me know that the loose stuff could be packed in large speed pack boxes. From the movers, I learned more of our stuff should have been box. We estimated an additional hour was used to box items that should have been taken care of earli

Everyone that I had contact with was very helpful. The team that moved me was great. We had a later start than I had hoped for but it worked well because of the weather and we were done earlier than expected.

Moving crew were very good - quick, friendly, professional - one crew member rushed a little too much (causing a couple minor dings on walls), but overall a very good experience - crew manager John was excellent!
