The only I wish was included was a preliminary walk through before moving day. It may have reduced amount of time needed

I could not be more pleased with Two Men A Truck times 2. Both teams worked well together and were very courteous to each other as well to us. It was a large move and they made it more pleasant. Thank you so very to my crew Downey,Levesque,Kennedy & Adams. Hats off to a job well done.

We were so pleased with the service provided to us by Nathaniel and Jason. They were so nice, professional and worked hard. Great job!

Team showed up on time and worked hard. We had several large heavy pieces to move and they got it done with great attitudes!

Our move that was estimated to take 5 to 6 hours ended up taking 10. We were charged for the entire 10 hours even though there was nothing exceptionally difficult about our particular move. I have tried multiple times to contact someone to get an explanation but no one has called me back. They broke a light fixture in our home and as of yet have not given us any solution to that either.

The moving team did & excellent job. & the office staff was great except for the operation manager. He called on Monday to say they needed some info about my payment..I gave him the info & he assured me the amount would not be taken out of my account twice. He was wrong. Trying to get it resolved has been extremely frustrating & I was promised a call back to let me know how it would be corrected & that didn't happen.. the excuse I was given was that they were busy & there really wasn't anything they could do on their end & it should correct itself. I'm extremely frustrated & disappointed in their lack of concern

The moving team was awesome in every aspect!! They went above and beyond the norm.

Great attitude and professional behaviors. Very respectful. Only thing I would improve is timing. Felt like things could have moved a little faster.

I used TM&AT many times before. I always use the Chamberlain Lane location. My sister used another TM&AT location and it was a terrible experience. Someone is doing something right with the hiring at Chamberlain Lane. I used you before and will always call your location in the future.
Sam and Joe were courteous, friendly, prompt, and very careful with my stuff.

Movers were polite and professional, they both worked well together and both worked hard the entire time.
