Great experience with the actual move. I did have issues with the estimate I was given, it was way off the actual total hours and cost.

The young men who did the move were exceptional! Professional and courteous. This, I've got to say, was probably one of the best moves I've ever had, because of these young men. I couldn't thank them enough.

The movers were courteous and efficient. They were upbeat, careful, and fast which is amazing considering the entire move happened during a torrential rainstorm. We will recommend Two Men and a Truck -Louisville East to everyone!

Joe and AJ were highly professional but also personable and friendly. They showed care for our stuff but also worked quickly and efficiently in the interest of getting the job done in less time vs more time. I was extremely pleased overall.

I used Two Men and a Truck for my last move and was very pleased. This move was just as easy on me as the last one and I will be sure to use them if I move again. Everyone in the office was courteous and helpful. Our movers Will and Grant were so very courteous, efficient, and overall the best.

It was not clear at the time of the telephone quote that I would have to pay for the team time from the office to my house and the return trip. This was for an in house move only. I had to have them move only the large items as they were careful but time went by fast and I had lost 50 plus minutes of the two hours I was told I had. The movers are fine, but the idea of having to pay for travel time for an in house move is not good.

My move team was Downey, Colwell, Crawhern, and Jackson. I hope I spelled these correctly. They were professional, courteous, careful throughout the move, and helpful when we got my furniture and boxes to my new house. I would recommend them without question.

The reason that I am rating this experience as just "Acceptable" is because my movers were very slow. One of them was clearly new and needed a lot of direction. A friend of mine who had used Two Men and a Truck before came to help me unpack. She said that when she used this service her movers were much faster and had a lot more"pep". I also felt like they wasted a lot of time wrapping and padding items that did not need to be wrapped. They wrapped a plastic storage bin that cost me $15. The time they spent doing this cost me more than the bin itself. Ridiculous. I felt a little bit like they were milking the clock. I would not use again.

We had received a quote from another well known company for moving. 3 months later after numerous calls/ emails/excuses given to us as to how busy they were, I called Two Men on Monday and on Saturday we moved. Moving crew and office staff exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the positive attitude of the Moving crew and the fact that they worked Saturday/Sunday to get our home moved. Thank you!
