I was satisfied with everything except the mattress cover used. I've had my bed for two years and it was pristine. Covers provided were flimsy and ripped easily leaving a large black smudge on the back of my mattress. For the cost of the thing I expected better. Use the service but buy your own mattress covers. This thing didn't even come with a zipper to ensure it stayed put. I also wasn't offered a discount or anything for having my bed ruined. Didn't blame the movers. They work with what is provided. Colton and Rollo were phenomenal at there job and I would request them if I ever need help again.

The guys were great, they were fast and motivated. Only bad thing is they wrapped certain things with plastic but didnt wrap my white couches. I now have black almost like grease or oil stains on the sides and back of the 1 month old couches. I cant get the black out. I didn't notice it until after they were gone. That's on me. But they are ruined. Other than that they did a good job and were courteous.

The Gentlemen who moved us were professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, & worked so hard all day long. We were so happy they did an excellent job. There was a minor glitch moving a couch, but arrangements have been made to fix the damage. We also noticed a piece of furniture nicked, but have not reported it as it’s the weekend

I am so thankful that I could have the help of 4 strong guys to make my move to Wichita. They certainly knew what they were doing in wrapping items and getting them carried into the trucks and then into the new house. They were courteous and strong and did not waste time in getting items moved. My estimated time for the move was at least 10 hours, but they were done in just over 8.

The only problem was there were marks on the wall which I'm sure was from my treadmill.

After using this company several times in the past, I had great expectations. Movers had a Penske rental truck, were not equipped to move things correctly, items were damaged, items were left behind, mattresses were covered in dirt of some kind either from truck or being dragged on the ground. All in all it was not a good day. I am remembering the other times I used this company and hopeful this was a one time set of failures. At the top of this survey it asked yes or no, would I recommend this company. I selected Yes as there was not an option marked “undecided.”

We are happy overall with the move. The only concern I have is that, we left our house before they were done loading so we could get back to Topeka at a decent hour. All we asked them to do was make sure all the doors were shut and locked. The next morning we got a call that the front door was left wide open. That was disappointing. We were just lucky the carpet was dry, after it rained. And didn't appear anything had been bothered in the house. Marilyn

The movers were amazing in getting heavy pieces of furniture moved. Really, they were great. At the end it seemed they were milking the last 45 minutes or so and they handed me a wheel that broke off just as I was driving away, after I signed saying there was no damage.

Everything went well except the drain hose for the washing machine was not properly placed into drain pipe and floor flooded underneath was able to prevent carpet damage but if was not home at time and had assistance with moving washer out to fix the problem I would have had major damage. I want to make sure no one else has that problem so education regarding that issue would be good .

The men were awesome. They made my stressful day better. They were funny and saved me money by making one trip. I asked them to move my rocks....and they did. I was so happy.
