The guys arrived on time (actually before schedule) and introduced themselves. The lead guy explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. Both guys were very friendly and professional. If they had a question about where something went they came and asked. Didn’t just drop a box just anywhere.

The overall move was fantastic. The speed of loading,unloading as well as putting together a couple of beds and the washer hookup was fast.
Couple of items were scratched and had minor blemishes.

Overall the men were courteous and respectful but they placed some heavy boxes on shelves that I couldn't reach. I had to hire a gentleman to lift them off for me. I'm only 5' 2" and am 80 years old. I had a sewing table that I cut fabric on it's not meant for heavy boxes so one side fell down and bent a leaf. I'm don't know if it can be repaired.
