The move was quick. Much better than the first time which cost me significantly more as one of the movers was slow and found out no longer works for the company.

I was extremely please to find all the employees at Two Men and a Truck to be very professional and very helpful during the entire time they were onsite - the office staff that arranged the work was also very pleasant to work with and they communicated very well with me to set up the move.

I was very happy with the gentlemen who did my moving. The only issue I had was that they were supposed to be here between 11:30-2:30. At 2:15 I called for an ETA and they were tied up at another job. They arrived at 4:00. I understand it was not THEIR fault. I feel that the dispatcher should have called me to advise me that they would be later than discussed. A courtesy call would have made me happy! My time is as valuable as the companies!

There was some disappointing confusion in the communication about the actual booking of the move, causing us to have to push back a day. But fortunately it didn't disrupt things too much, and the movers themselves were great guys and blazing fast, and the whole thing came in well under the estimate we had received.

The team that handle my items was fantastic and did so in a great timingly manner. However they should be supplied with better equipment like a hand drill for faster disassemble of items.
