The two guys arrived at 8:15am and he made me sign the paper start time for 8am. I thought this was not fair. The guys contunited to ask for tips at the end because that's "how they make their money." At this point I feel obligated to give a tip.

From my first phone conversation with Kathryn to my actual move everything went very well. She explained everything clearly and my estimate was just as she said. Then Mr Fleming & Mr Santos arrived on time the morning of my move. They were very professional and worked in a timely manor until the move was over. The movers showed up on time. Made us both feel as ease that our big move would be handled by them with no problems. It was a single family home move over 300+ miles. We actually had more stuff that originally quoted and they came in under the time estimated! Extremely professional and courteous! Will use again, by far the best moving experience I’ve had yet!!

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was outstanding. We actually had 3 movers show up instead of just 2. They came right at the beginning of the arrival window and were quick and professional. We expected the move to take 2-3 hours and they had it done in an hour and 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to others and will absolutely use them again for future moves!

The office staff and movers were great - helpful and competent and friendly. Problem was I was told 1130-2:30 and I had not heard a word from anyone when 230 had come and gone so I started calling to see if the team was still coming. No answer on the selection to ask questions about my move. I went back to the original selection for overall information and was told the managers all gone but they would get an email. The team eventually called to say they would be there a little after 4PM, which they were. You have to do better with keeping customers in the loop on Team ETA.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! Ryan in the office was super helpful and professional. The move team was incredible (Raymond and his crew). This wasn't an easy move (transporting oversize sliding glass doors and windows for a new home). They took great care of everything, made sure it was packed securely and unloaded to the correct location. The price was very fair for what was performed. I want to extend my sincere thanks to the whole team. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck in the future (and would happily refer them to any prospective customers).

I'm still unpacking and can't find the names of the two men that moved me. I asked for their names and feel bad I can't give them credit. They were very careful of my property and the building. They were very considerate of my needs and concerns. i would definitly recommend and use your service again.
