Your truck arrived at 9:40 but put 9:30 on the paper work. It took the driver until 10:00 to get the truck parked the way he wanted it. When one of the men started to wrap the recliner, I told told him the back could be removed. He wrapped the whole chair anyway. When they tried to carry it out they knocked the thermostat off the wall. Not just loose, on the floor. When it was obvious it wouldn't fit they asked me how I got it in. I told them it was delivered with the back off. They then took the back off and carried it out easily.

The movers worked very hard to get everything in the time frame requested however I found an entire box of crystal bowls that were completely demolished in the move even with being bubble wrapped. I am just not so sure the team saw the large print that read FRAGILE crystal bowls on the box. I guess I should have moved that box myself. I would say they did a decent job but I’ve learned to not trust movers with fragile items.

I purchased the full replacement value warranty. I’m glad that I did the crew damaged two pieces of my furniture- tv stand and triple dresser. Claims have been submitted. Crew also refused to put together a bed frame that was moved. Please contact me ASAP regarding this.

Carter, Simpson, and Naeem were FANATSTIC! They were so polite and worked terrific as team. We ran into some difficulties and they remained calm, super helpful, and went above and beyond to help us during our move. THE TWO YOUNG MEN WHO MOVED MY HOUSEHOLD OF FURNITURE WERE VERY POLITE AND TOOK THE UTMOST CARE OF EVERY ITEM. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THE FINAL COST WAS CONSIDERABLE LESS THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED DUE TO THEIR DILIGENCE. THEY DESERVED A GOOD GRATUITY WHICH I GLADLY SHARED WITH THEM.

My overall experience was pretty good, however there was one mishap in that my couch was sliced in the back when one of your men was removing the packaging from the couch. Also one of the cushions was also sliced.

This was the best move ever! The mover were ver polite and always kept us up to date and time on where they were and ETA. Great company!

I moved from NJ, and needed a trailer unloaded into my house in Florida. Two Men (Garion & Thomas) showed up with great energy and unloaded all of my belongings. They were polite, attentive to detail, extremely careful with all of the items, and made the experience very enjoyable and successful. I would use them EVERY time!

Guys were awesome, very pleasant, committed to doing a great job!!!!

Ryan was very helpful when my move had to be rescheduled at the last minute. As for the movers, Cory, Jermaine and Smith were the best! They were quick, efficient and very pleasant to work with. They were great dealing with several people giving them direction on where everything belonged. Very Happy!
