What an outstanding experience! Scheduling and getting an estimate was very easy, and the office staff was helpful and patient as it was our first time using movers. We were quoted arrival between 8 and 9am, and sure enough, Jamal and Jerry were there at 8:30 and ready to work! Our apartment isn't huge, but it does have a tricky layout and stairs. Nevertheless, they loaded everything up, moved it to our new place, and dropped it all off in less than 2 hours. They were super friendly, extremely efficient, and didn't leave a single scuff or mishandle anything at all. If we have to move again, we'll be asking for them. Thank you!
