The movers that were sent were excellent. Milton was superb!
I was given a window of 12-2 and they didn't show up until 2:30pm. This was explained to me as "out of their control" because the move prior to mine took longer than expected. The man who called to inform me of this was not helpful or apologetic about this. In the end, he did end up sending 3 men for the price of 2 to help speed up the move and their error in time.

I discovered four chips in the wood of my nightstand drawer after the move. I contacted the office and within a day was given acceptable compensation for the damage.

Your men caused SIGNIFICANT damage to the front lawn at my son's house - one of the pick-up locations. You chose to bill me the full amount immediately and did not contact me to discuss how YOU would address the damage. Rather, I had to call and was told a claim had to be filed. You should NOT charge a client immediately when you have caused such significant damage. You should call the customer, apologize and discuss how to make amends for the damage and agree on a partial charge until the claim can be settled, and then charge the remaining amount. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The moving team was excellent, despite the lousy weather. Fast, courteous, and very careful.
My only complaint, which is minor, is that in my original request for a quote I selected that I prefer to be contacted by email rather than phone. However I continued to receive phone calls, which is difficult for me to manage during business hours. If you are going to offer email communication as an option, it would be prudent to make sure that the choice is considered.
Nonetheless I am very happy with the move and will use your services again!

I had used Two Men andamp; A Truck for a small job for my employer and was completely satisfied, so when I needed to move some larger pieces of furniture to our new house, I figured I'd use you guys.
Cody andamp; Paul were great. VERY helpful and courteous. They took everything we had discussed during the phone call/estimate and also some remaining items that I just ran out of time to take by myself. I will definitely recommend you guys to friends and use you again if the opportunity arose.
