I assumed I was hiring professional movers. Instead, I got a team of amateurs, not up to the task. The estimate for the job was increased from the start because the wrong resources were sent to do the job. And I paid for their lack of strength and skill. The team lead's request for additional help was denied and the job dragged on. Each team member did their best and were great. I expected big, strong men.

I used this company when I moved from Long Island to ct 8 months ago. It was 1/2 the cost with them moving me to another state. They were great. Covered shoes took care to floors and walls. Did my move in 3 1/2 hrs with more stuff. It was only 1 and a half rooms This time they didn’t cover shoes. Scratched floors and made two holes in the walls.

I am still angry at the movers. The driver and the lead were excellent. However, the three additional individuals - one of them offered for free - were clueless. They put a hole in our ceiling, dented the wall, and managed to break a hutch that is hundreds of years old and has been moved a dozen times. Overall the issue was carelessness and a lack of understanding of how they and furniture fit into a space. Moreover, they couldn't follow simple instructions. For example, I needed to see if a couch fit upstairs. So, I asked for that to be unloaded before any other items prior to the loading of the vehicle. They buried the item in the middle of the truck. When we went to unload they kept asking me where things went and I kept telling them I would not know until I knew where the couch went.

Moving staff was uniquely courteous, respectful and competent. Absolutely first class....a perfect move!
Arrived on time and didn’t waste a minute. Treated furniture with great care. Best we ever used!

You kept in touch with us on the two actual moving days, providing updates and estimated times of arrival. Perfect customer service. You did what you said you were going to do.
