Nice service and good communication

My custom sofa was ruined and I have not heard from the team yet on how you’re going to replace or compensate for it. The sofa was brand new and entirely shrink wrapped but the movers took off the shrink wrap off without asking and drug the sofa up the back porch railing, destroying the sofa and the porch rail. Extremely unhappy until this is fixed.

The guys moving us were nice and worked very hard, they started at 8:30 and finished after midnight, so it was almost 2am before we unloaded our personal vehicles and were able to go to bed. I think the guys being tired contributed to damage to our newly refinished stairs. No move should go on until after midnight, this was clearly not a two man job.

The moving team was GREAT. I would highly recommend the two guys to anyone. They did such a good job and are very friendly. Such hard workers.

Helped with last minute move due to change of closing date on house. They fit us in and showed up ready to work and got us moved out and in within hours.

My movers were EXCELLENT! Arrived early, worked hard, and were very, very accommodating. I am so thankful for their tremendous help!

I'm a repeat customer and have been very pleasantly surprised both times with the prompt and professional service. Grady and Braden were very pleasant and efficient with their use of time and expertise in moving quiet a number of heavy pieces of furniture.

I would be happy to have them help again should the need arise.

Scheduling was also very easy, quick and courteous.

This is the second time using them and they are fantastic!
They are always so polite, very careful with everything while moving, they never complain (I don't know how they do all they do and are so fast!), they are punctual, and just a great service! We had NO problems with them at all!
