Meet the Birmingham Team

Jessica started her career at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in August 2010. She began as a Customer Service Representative where she learned everything there is to know about the customer move experience. In 2013, she was promoted to Sales and Office Manager providing leadership and training to our team of Moving Specialists. There is not much about the moving industry Jessica does not know. She is an inspiring leader and we are grateful for all that she does for our moving company. When Jessica is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Brandon has been with our team for 3 years. His time with us has allowed him to refine his moving skills and cultivate the traits that make him exceptional at his job. One of Brandon's standout character traits is his attention to detail. This quality ensures that every move he oversees is executed with precision and care, putting our customers' minds at ease. His ability to adapt and train our crew for every unique situation is a testament to his commitment to excellence, making him an essential asset to our team. Brandon's journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has seen its share of memorable moments, but one that stands out is when he and his team completed three long-distance moves from Birmingham, AL to Boston, MA. Outside of work, Brandon can be found watching sports or spending time with his family. Brandon's experience and dedication are what make him a key member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team. With his attention to detail, adaptability, and strong leadership, you can trust that your moving experience will be in capable hands with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

Melanie is a dedicated and personable individual who has been a great addition to our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Birmingham team. Melanie has demonstrated a remarkable ability to connect with customers. She is personable which allows her to ease the stress of our customers’ moves and ensures a positive experience. Outside of her professional life, Melanie's creativity and passion shine through in his love for creating art.

Carly has been with our team for 10 years, starting as a Moving Specialist in 2013. She was promoted to Senior Moving Specialist in May 2017. Her favorite part about her job is the fun, family environment. Fun fact about Carly: she, along with her dad, saved a baby squirrel from the side of the road and raised him, and then released him to live in her childhood neighborhood. When Carly is not at the office, she's having fun making memories around Birmingham with her husband and two kids.

From day one, Taylor has been committed to providing excellent customer service by caring for each customer's unique moving circumstance. She strives to help each individual customer find solutions to their unique moving and packing needs. Her kindness towards others is contagious and she’s a joy to have in the office.

Kelly has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Birmingham since May 2008; starting as a Customer Service Representative, she moved into the Community Outreach and Marketing Manager position in May 2012. In this role, she enjoys working within the communities that make Birmingham great! Her favorite part about her position is the opportunities to meet business professionals and connect the dots in how TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and their business can work together to accomplish goals. Kelly likes being a part of a team that helps people in a time of need. When a customer calls, from the first phone call with a Customer Service Representative to when the movers finish the job and drive away, she is confident that her team has done everything they can to make the customer's move a positive experience. When she is not working she enjoys trying working in the yard, going to the Birmingham Zoo with her husband and two kids, and playing board games and cards with friends.

Nick has been a part of our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team since July 2010, starting on the trucks as a mover, then a driver, and becoming Operations Manager in 2014. Nick oversees the day to day operations of each move from start to finish. During his years working here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, he's had the opportunity to move customers to 23 different states. He is an asset to our team with his can-do attitude. Nick says the best part about his job is the people he works with every day, each striving to achieve our goal of providing the best possible move experience for our customers in Birmingham.

AJ has been a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Birmingham team for 6 years. His most memorable day on the job was in his earlier years as a driver when he was a part of a move to Seattle, Washington. AJ adds to the team a clear understanding of the challenges most face when starting out as a mover/driver. He has the ability to train new team members and mold each of their unique skill sets to reach their greatest potential. Outside of work, he likes all things outdoors including hunting and fishing.

Meet Truckie. He is our energetic community mascot, here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Birmingham. Truckie's favorite part about his role is being in parades and attending community events around Birmingham. He likes to dance, especially when helping out with charity collection drives where he gets to help pump up the crowd and make the drive the most fun it can be. Truckie also recently got brand new tennis shoes which he can be seen wearing around Birmingham!
