My movers on September 5th, Maurice and AJ were prompt, extremely courteous and professional during my move (couldn't have asked for two better guys). I did, however, have a small antique end table that was damaged and not disclosed to me. They had to have known it because the broken piece was left on top of the table without comment and not noticed until after they had left. When I reported it and sent a picture to the office they said I would be hearing from their claim department. To date ( 9/16/18) I have not been contacted. This is a disappointment to the wonderful service I received before hand. While I would recommend them as movers, I would hesitate to give kudos to the claim procedure.

This was my first time with two men and a truck. I was extremely impressed as to how well they handled my personal property. Everything was well wrapped for travel. I could see they really knew their job.
The two men were prompt and pleasant and showed that they really cared. I definitely will hire two men and a truck for my next move.

Movers came with no tools to take apart beds which added a good hour into the move- all my stuff had already been moved long distance so I had no tools- this was just a 3 mike move and it was over 500 bucks- guys were nice but fairly unenthusiastic and blamed not having tools on corporate and getting the ones they had stolen - I won’t use when I move again in 3 months

Everything about my experience was poor. The movers showed up 30 minutes past the one hour arrival time window I was given. Even though they finished loading my items on the truck at 11:30am, the mover didn’t show up at my new home until 7:30pm due to “issues with some paperwork.” Several of my items were damaged beyond repair and many other were scratched, including my new hardwood floors. When I called the office to inquire why the movers were taking so long to get to my new house, I was told “these things happen sometimes” and to “just be patient.” Needless to say everything about this experience was poor and I would never use or recommend Two Men and Truck to anyone. Incredibly unprofessional and just out to take your money.

Both movers were strong, efficient, and upbeat. They answered all questions and gave very good service. The entire move took less time than anticipated.

Thank you so much for your help. Everyone from the office staff to the movers were so outstanding. They were very professionally and kind and had excellent customer service skills. The movers were great. They were friendly and very helpful. They had a "can do" attitude and even took time to say hello to my dog. This was one of the most stressful times in my life, and I cannot thank you enough for making everything go smoothly. The movers were so efficient and willing to move things around to suit my needs. Please give everyone a big bonus for all the work they have done. Thank you!

They were on time and did a Herculean effort in getting a very large couch through a very small doorway and down into the basement. We could not of done this ourselves.
They were tired and very efficiently and we’re very careful in moving the furniture and respect full of protecting the interior of the house and the doorways.
