It seemed to take the men a long time to load our things into the truck. we only had 3 beds, washer and dryer and boxes. We moved everyting else ourselves. Also, there was a very deep and large scratch in my hardwood floors on the landing from my basement. If I were not moving out of this home I would have a very serious issue with this damage. When the beds arrived at my new location they were placed into the rooms but the frames were not put together. I was not happy with this either. I expected this to be completed.

The two guys who moved us were very nice and helpful. They moved quickly and got our furniture moved safely. I can't lift anything so they really made my moving experience a good one. I would defiantly pick two men and a truck in the future.

Great service of office staff and movers. Appreciate explanation of how everything works on move day and payment. We're very professional and had good recommendations from friends. Fair price, helpful, would for sure use again.

Had booked with Two Men and A Truck with the New Berlin Office and they dropped us for no apparent reason and so we called West Allis
and they were just awesome !!!, treated us with white gloves. They were courteous, polite, and patient. So happy the New Berlin treated us terriable so that I could go with the one in West Allis. Would definitely recommend them!!!

The movers were great. Great attitudes, worked together great and interactive. They made it fun, lighthearted and enjoyable.
The only thing I didn’t care for was boxes that were horizontal because of packing were put on end so items shifted a lot.

My movers on September 5th, Maurice and AJ were prompt, extremely courteous and professional during my move (couldn't have asked for two better guys). I did, however, have a small antique end table that was damaged and not disclosed to me. They had to have known it because the broken piece was left on top of the table without comment and not noticed until after they had left. When I reported it and sent a picture to the office they said I would be hearing from their claim department. To date ( 9/16/18) I have not been contacted. This is a disappointment to the wonderful service I received before hand. While I would recommend them as movers, I would hesitate to give kudos to the claim procedure.
