My team was timely polite and professional; however, some things were broken and they accidentally made 2 huge dents in the wall. it was a whole-house move so all-in-all the good aspects out-weighed the bad.

Two of our movers were very inexperienced and consequently were slow with wrapping, loading, and unpacking. Our job took muck longer than expected ( I had to pay 3 additional hours of moving time) and we had fewer things than the original estimate. They were not able to complete the job. We had to rent a truck and move the rest of our things over the next 2 days. The wall paper was damaged, a glass top for a pine chest was broken and there was drywall damage to the home we moved from. The 2 lead movers were good and professional, but overall we were very disappointed,

The overall move was horrible, i paid for service that i ended up completing myself. After finally unpacking everything we noticed a few things missing. i definitely feel that i was Overcharge, i will not use this company nor recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible experience. They moved half of my couch, broke a cover light in the hallway, and did move my tv or mirror. They also left multiple pictures and paintings.

The pre-move experience was fine but moving day was another story. I think the problem stems from the estimating processing being a virtual one. The estimator didn't come close to estimating the amount of property we were moving and the truck sent would not hold all of our belongings. When I called the office, they said they thought I said I had a u-haul of my own for what wouldn't fit. That's outrageous. I never ever had plans of getting my own truck. Why would anyone? I was then told well "that's the biggest truck we have so....". Clearly Two Men is not a full-service moving company if they can't move a 1200 sq ft. 3 bedroom townhouse. There was some minor damages to items moved but nothing I would think was out of the ordinary. I wish I had chosen a more capable company.

The moving crew was extremely slow. One of the movers has a poor attitude and was complaining about the move he did the day prior. Overall, I believed the crew was moving at a very slow pace, which cause the job to go 45 minutes OVER the quoted time of 4 hours. On two occasions, one of the movers had taken two personal phone calls during the job, which I thought to be unprofessional. I had a minimal amount of items to move. All of my furniture was brand new. The movers didn’t even use a mattress pad to protect my couch. All they did was wrap the plastic cellophane around it, which was torn off on the edges by time the brand new couch made it to the new home.

One of my dressers were broken and the movers duck taped.
Now I have to buy a new dresser.

A lot of my stuffs were damage during the move. The movers missed a few screws on the children's loft bed. Things were not put together properly.

Everything was great. Finished hours before expected

The moving team that assisted me in this move was excellent.
