The crew was polite and clean. I had no concerns about having them in my house(s). They didn't wrap the art before carrying it down 3 flights of stairs and all (20+) of the frames were scratched or broken. Every single piece of furniture was damaged in some way (scratches, nicks, dings, chipped wood). They were careless in how they stacked the boxes at the delivery location (upside down, on their sides) and they stacked them so high I needed a ladder to get them. They scratched up the walls badly at both locations. The pick up location has a 18-inch gash in the wall requiring professional repair and one wall has to be partially repainted because furniture was rubbing against the walls. And they left the carpets so dirty they have to be professionally cleaned. Very poor moving experience.

A roller on a cabinet was broken by movers and they said they would report it & i would be reimbursed $70. Also, I have a black office desk chair missing.

I have talked to a rep to file a damage claim and still have not heard back.

Excepting the property damage by the driver, I found the experience very convenient and professional. Rasheem (not the driver) was very knowledgeable, courteous, and reassuring throughout the move. I was especially impressed with his techniques in making sure no harm came to my property, even pointing out some nails on a piece of furniture I was not aware of, which might have caused damage at my household. It's this attention to detail that makes me think TWO MEN AND A TRUCK will remain on the top of the list for my future moving needs.

Office member who booked my move was not very attentive to my emails or messages. There were multiple times where I tried to reach out to him. The packers destroyed all of my shoes during the pack. The movers broke my trash can with a auto sensing technology. The movers were rushing to leave even though I needed them to do kore work. There was no communication between office and movers regarding my move. The movers and office were not on the same page and they were not aware of the package that I booked.

The movers did not take care to protect the hardwood floors (which were new) when moving in. I have not had any timely responses from the staff after this.

My experience was horrible. One of my movers was unprofessional and was taking personal phone calls all day. He failed to follow explicit directions regarding where to park at my new apartment which wasted an hour of on the clock time. The movers were unprepared - they did not bring the tools required to disassemble and reassemble my furniture. This led to more time wasted and a broken bed frame, which is unfixable. When I went to pick up a power screwdriver, they did not continue unloading the truck. They stood around and texted, making my move last nearly 7 hours instead of the estimated 3-4. I am very unhappy with my service.
