Ours was a very peculiar situation. We are a business and needed to have files moved that we were directed to confiscate. Two Men and a Truck reviewed their policy, informed us of what they required, received the necessary documentation from us and were there and ready when we needed them. Great service, great follow through.

Jason and Michael are unique young gentlemen. They are extremely customer focused, courteous and respectful. They worked hard and nonstop for over nine hours up and downstairs and the smile never left their faces. They did not even stop for lunch and where so ever grateful for the cold drinks and little snack I offered them. The service they provided was exceptional.

The whole experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent from start to finish. The office staff worked with me to get the price down to a manageable price. The fellas each introduced themselves and were kind and well mannered. They wrapped all furniture up tight to ensure nothing would get damaged. I will definitely use them for my next move.

Antonio, Monroe, and Horace were GREAT!. Courteous and polite, it was a pleasure having them move my belongings. They were quiet and professional, and got the job done smoothly and in a minimum amount of time. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck when I need to move again!

Anthony, Randall, and Ryan are the best! They arrived punctually to load my household contents and efficiently and carefully moved them to my storage unit pending completion of my new home. I am already planning to use Two Men and a Truck (with 3 men), Anthony, Randall, and Ryan specifically, when it is time to move in to my new house. As if I were not already delighted with the moving service, the move was completed in less than the low end of the estimated time, costing less than I had expected. Carol

They forgot to assemble the bed in the second bedroom. Also a jacket is left belonging to them .

Hello - my moving guys were very nice. I did however have a problem with the drive time being included in my total time. I am not sure where exactly the facility is, but I imagine it is no more than 15 miles. It took the drivers 45 minutes, I guess because of traffic. I would understand including the gas used for those miles, however adding 45 minutes to my time is ridiculous. I would have hired a company that is closer, or one that does not include drive time, if I knew it would take them 45 minutes. Also, the guys moved pretty slowly. I barely had anything to move and it took 3 hours and 20 minutes.... (including the drive time). My friend had a different moving company recently and had triple what I had to move and it took them the same amount of time. Thank you.

You moved the exact same furniture for us 2 years ago, and we paid about $300-$400 less than we paid this time. The movers took way too long wrapping the furniture. When they needed more wrapping material they spent a long time trying to convince the manager that they needed more material. The manager would not bring more wrap at first. They then spent the next hour trying to figure out how to wrap the rest of the furniture with the remaining material. They had to call again, and finally the manager brought them more wrap. This wasted about 2 hours of time that we had to pay for. Iandacirc;??m not faulting the guys who were moving us, it was the managerandacirc;??s fault. But, they could have wrapped faster.

The time increase was due to the fragile nature of your inventory and our mover's attention to detail for those items. We also noted there was a long walk at the storage unit which added to the increased time a well. We appreciate you not faulting our men, as they never stopped working while on your move. The Virginia Beach franchise team are awesome! The entire move went smoothly, from the estimate to the office staff, to the paperwork, to the actual move. This was a small move in terms of belongings, but an across the state move, so the guys had to pack, then drive, stayed overnight, unpack, then drive back and they did a perfect job! Scott and Deveon were super nice, worked very hard, took amazing care of our belongings, and were super professional the entire time. I would easily recommend this team from Virginia Beach to anyone.
