Jason and Michael did a great job with our move!! Our old apartment had some tricky stairs but they navigated them like pros. You can never go wrong with Two Men and a Truck Virginia Beach!

I needed to have some bedroom furniture moved from my dad's house into my home on the same street. Even though it was a small job, I was treated courteously and respectfully. Even though the furniture may not have had a great monetary value to some, it was of very great sentimental value to me. Scott and Slim handled each item carefully and professionally which I appreciated very much. They arrived on time and worked within the time frame that was estimated. I would hire them again if I need anything else moved and have already recommended them to a relative.

The actual movers were great. There was some overlap in personnel from pickup to dropoff, and the guys took good care of packing and moving. I however had a terrible experience with our office rep, Kim A. After being extremely attentive in getting my business, she dropped off from there. I had to call multiple times to get ANY confirmation, most of which I did not get. Kim also did not schedule our move for the correct day, and I didn't know until after calling 3-4 times earlier that day. I was promised some refunds/discounts/reimbursements for hotels and never received them. The movers came the following day, but I still did not get a call regarding when they were coming (I had called 2-3 times just to get confirmation... but never got it). I don't recommend using these guys ever again.

We did have some scheduling issues however as soon as it was brought to our attention we reached out to you with resolutions. We put a lot of time into making sure we were able to get the move done for you the following morning. Kimberly was responding via text to your inquires about the ETA even though she was not working that day in attempt to leave you satisfied. We are still happy to credit you for any hotel accommodations however, we didn't receive anything back as far as receipts were concerned. We also discounted the move itself. Although we rarely have issues resulting in office error, we are extremely proud of the hard work our movers put in. In reflection of the quality of the move itself, we hope that you do choose to refer us in the future.</div>
