Half the bunk-bed hardware was missing (6/8 nuts, 3/8 bolts); we bought replacements ourselves. Movers stripped two TV screws with a power tool, snapped a speaker stand, and shattered the washer’s cracked glass lid after manhandling appliances off the truck. Charged us for a 37-min break between houses 90 seconds apart. Tore the vacuum-sealed mattress bag by grabbing corners instead of using strap
